Amazing amazing hotel and staff. I would not give it anything less than 5 stars. It was perfect, amazing service. I dont do reciews but I feel like this one I have to. From the manager to the staff everyone was kind, friendly, respectful and helpful. I would come here again and again. They even will take your car and park it for you.

This hotel now operates under new management. I always stay at this hotel during my visit to Dubai. Close to metro, restaurants and market. The other reason I choose this hotel because of sauna. All staffs are very attentive and helpful. A lady at the reception from Myanmar (sorry can't remember her name), allowed me early check in at 10 AM. Bhojraj at the gym/pool and Dawod were also very helpful. Full value of money. Now they have a night club at the ground floor and you can hear the sound until 3 in the morning. Doesn't look like the property is maintained as before. Broken umbrella at the pool side, low quality green tea and coffee bags, etc. which they need to improve. Also, now they start charging a high charge of AED 100 for extra guest which doesn't make sense. I ordered a small can of Sprite for room service, which cost AED 2 or 3 at any supermarket and they charged me ridiculously high price of AED 35. How on earth a hotel like this can charge AED 35 (US$ 10) for a small can of Spirit?

Well-positioned hotel in Bur Dubai (the old town). 7 Mins walk from the Burjuman Shopping Centre and Metro Interchange. Room was well-appointed but looking a bit tired, particularly the bathroom which needs all the old silicone sealant removing and replaced by some new sealant but using masking tape to ensure a clean line. Bar is a bit pricey - £10 for a pint and £10 for a glass of wine. However, there is an African & Eastern Store 3 mins walk from the hotel where you can stock-up on alcohol at very reasonable prices. You have to take your passport with you and can only drink it in your hotel room. There is a fridge in the room, Breakfast is really aimed at the Indian/Pakistani clientele but if you are prepared to try something different then it is quite filling and tasty, Anyway, who goes to the middle east and expects a fry-up? There are some western dishes but this is really just chicken sausages and beef bacon (honestly). Omelettes, scrambled eggs and baked beans are always available.

Premièrement l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier plus animé, proche du métro, 5 min à pied. Plusieurs restaurants, des boutiques, des spa pour femmes etc... L'hôtel est très bien tenu, bonne accueil et mention spéciale à celui qui s'occupe des bagages, très gentil, disponible, il nous a même trouvé un chauffeur quand tous les taxis étaient pris. La chambre est spacieuse, lit très confortable, jolie salle de bains. Seul bémol la piscine très petite et à l'ombre, pas comme sur la photo. Petit déjeuner au top, copieux, varié, de qualité, beaucoup de spécialités indiennes, une super découverte. Je le recommande vivement et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Very nice stay at Majestic Premier Hotel, de receptionist gave us an upgrade because it was our honeymoon. They made sure our room was ready because we had the night flight. Whenever we had any questions they helped us immediately. All the staff are very nice and so patient. There is also a swimming pool, so relaxing en VERY clean! They check the water every day, the sun shines good so you can get a tan. If I could give 11/10 I would!! We will be returning there. The location is also a big plus, you have two metrostation nearby, two malls nearby, you can do it by foot. Location is a big plus!!

There is a nightclub in the hotel on the ground floor bwhich they do not mention when making a reservation! We heard the noise (music, loud bass) to our room on the 3rd floor and asked if it would be possible to change the room. They moved us up to the 6th or 7th floor I believe but we could still hear the music. Additionally, the air conditioning in this new room was super loud and echoed through the walls to the bed so we had to sleep on the wrong end of the bed, as far away from the walls as possible. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the noise during the night. The hotel is quite far away from the main attractions. There is a metro stop nearby but we ended up using taxi for almost everything as it still would have taken hours to reach the other side of the city. Taxis were no problem for us but keep this in mind in your travel budget if you end up booking this hotel. Breakfast was decent. The staff were helpful.

In the description it said property is located within minutes to Burj Khalifa, but it always took us around 20-30 minutes to get there. Not walkable. You can only walk to the Grand Souk. Is wasn’t mentioned that this is mostly Indian neighborhoods, 99% of guests at the hotel were from India, so the food selection at breakfast was catered to their taste. It was almost nothing to eat for us. The water from the faucet smelled horrible. In the shower it was hard to adjust the temperature of the water, it was mostly impossible hot. The bed was comfortable and hotel is very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Bon séjour. Cependant la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre fumeur. Il y avait une tres forte odeur de tabac froid imprégné dans la moquette, les rideaux et le canapé. Malgré quelques pulvérisations de désodorisant par la personne de chambre, cela n'a pas suffi à enlever cette odeur.

There is a night club which played loud music until 3:30 am and then noise of moving tables and chairs until 5 am, my room was 111 and can feel every noise in the walls and room, impossible to sleep, there is nothing hotel reception can do. Very disappointed, not returning or recommending.

Très bon séjour au Four Points Bur Dubaï. Entre deux stations de métro, il est facilement accessible. A quelques centaines de mètres, des restaurants de toutes les traditions. Le Old Souk n’est pas très loin non plus. Grande chambre avec un grand lit confortable, un canapé, un bureau. Wi-Fi puissante. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Personnel nombreux et sympathique. Petit-déjeuner complet, avec toutes sortes de produits. Dommage que pain blanc n’ait pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Un regret : le réfrigérateur est verrouillé.

The hotel is about 15 mins taxi ride from airport.. a few shops nearby.. walkable distance to metro.. very friendly staff…we managed to get a high floor with a city view.. the only negative point is bathroom a bit old. Overall good stay

If you stay here, make sure you get a room HIGH UP, away from the Thumping, Throbbing, Bone Pulsing sound of the Loud music from the club coming through and vibrating the the walls and floor. After a long flight during a too-long layover I could NOT sleep due to the noise. What made this unnerving is the desk said they ‘Upgraded’ me… but the room was almost directly above the club….! All good, but then at 10 o’clock Obnoxious sound started and continued until 4:30am. I should have complained and demanded a different room, but instead just put in earplugs with my head buried in pillows (worked about 40%). Just be forewarned. Otherwise a decent place, just demand a QUIET room…

It was truly splendid! From the greetings through main entrance, early check-in to the baggage carrying service, everything was just perfect. They serves us with true hearts which you can easily feel it. It was too good that tremendously exceeded our expectation at all.

The Hotel was fine, but disappointing process. In my experience when anyone checks in to a hotel most hotel around the world including Sheraton will scan a copy of your credit card or any room service charges etc. This hotel didn't. Later when I ordered room service and requested this be charged to the room they did so , however next day when We left the room and returned we were locked out of our room ,we were asked to pay for the bill or pay a deposit for the room service. Sounds like these guys don't trust this customers. Specially when some one is staying with the hotel for so long and a long standing Sheraton customer around the world Also the fridge for the mini bar empty, specially when the add mentioned it has a mini bar in the room. I don't think I wont be staying the any Sheraton any more, very disappointed.

The hotel is okay, the location is fine but I had a terrible experience at the time of check in. I had booked my reservation 6 months ago from USA and I did get expedia confirmation on my reservation. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk and management refused to honor my reservation stating they dont see it in their system. They asked me to book again with their current room rates which was more expensive and for 4 people they gave a very tiny cramped room with one of us sleeping on the couch.

Very nice stay at Majestic Premier Hotel, de receptionist gave us an upgrade because it was our honeymoon. They made sure our room was ready because we had the night flight. Whenever we had any questions they helped us immediately. All the staff are very nice and so patient. There is also a swimming pool, so relaxing en VERY clean! They check the water every day, the sun shines good so you can get a tan. If I could give 11/10 I would!! We will be returning there. The location is also a big plus, you have two metrostation nearby, two malls nearby, you can do it by foot. Location is a big plus!!

Have no complaints about the staff especially Jonathan who was extremely helpful. I did have an issue being put in a room at check in that was not properly sound proofed as the club music was thumping through the walls till 4am every night. I complained to the night manager but the music just got louder. The staff’s attentiveness [especially the day staff] was the saving grace. I can't imagine I am the only one who complained about the noise but I just decided to bear it for three nights. Jonathan did tell me I should have talked to him and he would have moved me immediately.

Well-positioned hotel in Bur Dubai (the old town). 7 Mins walk from the Burjuman Shopping Centre and Metro Interchange. Room was well-appointed but looking a bit tired, particularly the bathroom which needs all the old silicone sealant removing and replaced by some new sealant but using masking tape to ensure a clean line. Bar is a bit pricey - £10 for a pint and £10 for a glass of wine. However, there is an African & Eastern Store 3 mins walk from the hotel where you can stock-up on alcohol at very reasonable prices. You have to take your passport with you and can only drink it in your hotel room. There is a fridge in the room, Breakfast is really aimed at the Indian/Pakistani clientele but if you are prepared to try something different then it is quite filling and tasty, Anyway, who goes to the middle east and expects a fry-up? There are some western dishes but this is really just chicken sausages and beef bacon (honestly). Omelettes, scrambled eggs and baked beans are always available.

In the description it said property is located within minutes to Burj Khalifa, but it always took us around 20-30 minutes to get there. Not walkable. You can only walk to the Grand Souk. Is wasn’t mentioned that this is mostly Indian neighborhoods, 99% of guests at the hotel were from India, so the food selection at breakfast was catered to their taste. It was almost nothing to eat for us. The water from the faucet smelled horrible. In the shower it was hard to adjust the temperature of the water, it was mostly impossible hot. The bed was comfortable and hotel is very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

There is a nightclub in the hotel on the ground floor bwhich they do not mention when making a reservation! We heard the noise (music, loud bass) to our room on the 3rd floor and asked if it would be possible to change the room. They moved us up to the 6th or 7th floor I believe but we could still hear the music. Additionally, the air conditioning in this new room was super loud and echoed through the walls to the bed so we had to sleep on the wrong end of the bed, as far away from the walls as possible. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the noise during the night. The hotel is quite far away from the main attractions. There is a metro stop nearby but we ended up using taxi for almost everything as it still would have taken hours to reach the other side of the city. Taxis were no problem for us but keep this in mind in your travel budget if you end up booking this hotel. Breakfast was decent. The staff were helpful.

This hotel now operates under new management. I always stay at this hotel during my visit to Dubai. Close to metro, restaurants and market. The other reason I choose this hotel because of sauna. All staffs are very attentive and helpful. A lady at the reception from Myanmar (sorry can't remember her name), allowed me early check in at 10 AM. Bhojraj at the gym/pool and Dawod were also very helpful. Full value of money. Now they have a night club at the ground floor and you can hear the sound until 3 in the morning. Doesn't look like the property is maintained as before. Broken umbrella at the pool side, low quality green tea and coffee bags, etc. which they need to improve. Also, now they start charging a high charge of AED 100 for extra guest which doesn't make sense. I ordered a small can of Sprite for room service, which cost AED 2 or 3 at any supermarket and they charged me ridiculously high price of AED 35. How on earth a hotel like this can charge AED 35 (US$ 10) for a small can of Spirit?

Premièrement l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier plus animé, proche du métro, 5 min à pied. Plusieurs restaurants, des boutiques, des spa pour femmes etc... L'hôtel est très bien tenu, bonne accueil et mention spéciale à celui qui s'occupe des bagages, très gentil, disponible, il nous a même trouvé un chauffeur quand tous les taxis étaient pris. La chambre est spacieuse, lit très confortable, jolie salle de bains. Seul bémol la piscine très petite et à l'ombre, pas comme sur la photo. Petit déjeuner au top, copieux, varié, de qualité, beaucoup de spécialités indiennes, une super découverte. Je le recommande vivement et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.
