Spacious Federal Hill Home with Rooftop & 4 Parking Spots

Bedrooms were spacious and air-conditioning window units worked well. If you’re looking for a place decorated by an interior designer, this is not the one for you. Kitchen was well appointed. More kitchen towels are definitely needed. Some cocktail glasses to go along with the nice wine glasses would be a welcome addition.

We were nine women who enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is three levels plus the rooftop deck so if anyone has mobility issues, the layout would be a challenge. We gathered for a reunion of college friends and really enjoyed our time on the roof, looking out at the prettier spots of Baltimore. The location of the house is terrific, walkable to dining spots and an innovative museum. Miles was very communicative and it was no problem to get two virtual parking passes from him.

The house is beautiful, plenty of room, lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Plenty of space to relax, have snacks, drinks, etc. Rooftop has nice views of the sports stadiums, but it wasn't exactly sit and hang out on the roof weather during our stay. The only thing I would advise to others, is that the parking spaces out back, if you have a larger SUV (i.e. -tahoe, wagoneer, excursion) You'll have to really get tight or creative to get two cars into the space; so it might be better to plan accordingly and have the large vehicle use the on street parking permits to make it easier.

Great coffee and food spots nearby - walking distance to inner harbor, and as advertised rooms/space. Rooftop was fantastic and sadly rained out for most of our stay - but otherwise would recommend!
