What guests think

Travellers describe Courtyard by Marriott Bozeman as a modern, very clean hotel with consistently friendly staff in a convenient spot for MSU, the airport, and highways, offering a gym, indoor pool, and an on-site bar/cafe.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern decor, strong Wi-Fi and occasional mountain views, though some face highway noise. Common frustrations include a nightly parking fee, no complimentary lobby coffee and breakfast often not included or seen as pricey, plus every-other-day housekeeping unless requested and occasional room-type or responsiveness issues. They post a price. But provide no courtesy coffee. You can buy a cup from them. You have to pay for parking. They advertise EV charging free to customers, but you get 2 hours only before you have to pay. And it is not fast charging, so you get very few miles of charge. Cheap, cheap, cheap business.

Beautiful property, nice room. Did not appreciate having to pay $12 per night to park in the lot. There’s not enough other businesses close to need to charge for parking in my opinion. The fitness center was great for a hotel. Beds were average comfort. Loved the spa. Appreciate having a mini fridge and coffee maker in the rooms, would have been a lot more helpful to also have a small microwave.

I understand charging for parking but in both Montana that's ridiculous, especially at $12 a night. Get rid of your junk fees

Overall, the experience was good. However, I will look at other properties in the area, next time I’m in the area because the conditions inside have deteriorated over the years. Despite this, it was still pretty good. I was a little surprised with the parking. You have to pay for parking, and if you have an electric vehicle, every hour past two hours is three dollars per hour. It seems like they’re trying to nickel and dime now.

I stayed at a comfortable hotel that was very well designed and relatively new. It featured a great lobby, spacious rooms, and everything was super clean. I always prefer a sitting area in my room, and I was pleased to find one here. I'm usually cautious about hotel rooms because I dislike hearing noises from adjacent rooms, but in this hotel, I didn’t have that issue. The staff were fantastic; they provided maps, directions, and assistance every step of the way. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel experience.

The laundry was expensive and the dryer barely dried the clothes in one go round. Needed a second soin (more money). The frig in the room cuts off after 2 hours. My expensive medication requires to be cold. I had to ask the front desk to keep it in their big frig. The room had very little storage for clothes. Because of this, the room stayed messy the entire stay.

Hotel was nice. Would definitely stay again. looks fairly new, not in a busy area yet close to things. Downfall was hot tub jets did not work, fridge a a bit small, and pull out bed was very hard. You also have to pay for parking which I find very silly I feel this seems to be more common with Marriott properties.

Nice facility but I had a long day at work and was looking forward to utilizing the advertised bar restaurant in the motels. I arrived after 8pm to check in and the bar and restaurant were already closed on a Friday evening. I waited for awhile for service only be told that they closed at 8. It was disappointing having to leave late in a snowstorm to find food and drink after it was advertised as an amenity at the time of booking.

Property and enjoyment of stay were excellent. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful; particularly, staff at the breakfast bar and Bry, who handled a crowded check in afternoon smoothly, efficiently, and pleasantly. Great job! One comment: this was a graduation weekend and room prices were raised. Nevertheless, food and beverages were quite expensive, and higher than even the graduation weekend justified. One shadow on an otherwise great stay.
