Yes, the room was spotless, high end and very comfortable. The amenities were great. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay there again. However, the street the hotel is on looks a little sketchy with dilapidated structures and graffiti around it, I did not feel unsafe. The location was actually great- close to many restaurants and shops.

HOTEL really nice and great location with modern rooms with terrace. Arrived during heat wave and our Air Condition on first night was not working perfectly but rapidly got resolved next AM by very responsive team. The team also was excellent at guiding us for Athens shopping and beach needs (we had already pre-booked tours Online for Acropolis Museum) RESTAURANT for Dinner was EXCELLENT!!! DRINKS by Mixologist incredible ... listened to what we like and don't like and then surprised us with WOW drinks! (breakfast was nothing special however)

This is a phenomenal, modern, comfortable, and all around great boutique hotel. The team there was amazing. Great rooms, views, fitness center, food and drinks. Perfect location in walking distance of EVERYTHING in Athens. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was an amazing stay. The hotel was perfect and the location as well. All sightseeing was at walking distance from the hotel. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. We chose to eat at the hotel restaurant three times and the food was tasty. Hotel staff was friendly. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The IVIS4 is a small boutique hotel in a great walkable area of Greece with multiple cafes within a couple of blocks. The hotel appears new and has a really cool funky industrial vibe. The people here are beyond warm and helpful, and if we expressed any type of need they jumped right on taking care of it for us. The on site restaurant is outstanding and our biggest mistake was not eating here every night.

Had the most wonderful stay. Our room on the top floor, although small had a huge terrace with the most extraordinary view of the acropolis. The service is attentive. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of food with great coffee. The area is fantastic with heaps of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Our organised transfers by the hotel to and from the airport made everything so easy. One thing to note is the lift does not go all the way to the top floor so if stairs are an issue then this amazing room is not the best option. The staff are very helpful.

An excellent hotel. Very comfortable room (401) and not noisy at night despite being in a busy part of the city for nightlife. Room was spotlessly clean - housekeeping was excellent. A spacious balcony added to the appeal of our room. All of the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Executive Zimmer in der 4. Etage war sehr gross mit Vorraum für Gepäck und Sofa Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr große Terrasse (Ausblick nicht erwähnenswert da Bauruinen vor dem Gebäude) Das Hotel ist sehr modern in einem alten interessanten aber zum Teil verkommenen Viertel. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte um alle Besichtigungen zu Fuß zu machen. Nachteile: etwas hellhörig und Arbeiten im Nebengebäude zum Teil ab 7 Uhr, wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer ab Etage 4

Overall this was a really nice hotel. The location was really great and within walking distance of the city center, and the facilities themselves were very nice. However, we stayed in the Acropolis view suite and the balcony was bigger than the room itself; there was most definitely some wasted space out there. Also, the concierge was very unhelpful and for the recommendations we did get, the places were either inaccessible to us or required reservations. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay, just wish we were able to get a little more local input from the concierge.

Stayed in the loft space with the patio overlooking the acropolis. Beautiful room, pictures do not do it justice. Patio is massive and wraps around. Located in a very safe and vibrant area full of little cafés around.

We stayed at Ivis 4 for 6 nights during our trip to Greece. The location is perfect and all historic sites are within walking distance. The room is spacious and has a balcony which makes our stay even more comfortable! All staff members are friendly and helpful. There are very nice restaurants nearby.

Wonderful hotel, with excellent staff. They were so kind and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was large and very clean. We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant and the waitress was the best. Very attentive, friendly and helpful in helping us with choices. We received outstanding service from everyone. Great area for restaurants etc., there is a lot of graffiti, but we felt very safe.

Einfach nur ein geiles Hotel! Nicht ganz billig, aber für den der Athen zu Fuß erkunden möchte, geht es nicht besser. Es liegt im Zentrum, die Akropolis ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und rund um das Hotel reiht sich ein gemütliches Restaurant ans andere. Sehr empfehlenswert

The place is a really dilapidated area, its very noisy , hard to sleep and the view from our suite was disgusting looking at rundown building with broken and boarded up windows. Graffiti which seems to be ramped throughout town. Hotel staff very nice , breakfast was wonderful. Location is central enough. Please don't be fooled by the photo they use ...this is not your view..... But for the cost, there are many better options.

Near Psirri square with lots of dining and shops. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Tiny little bit of noise from surrounding area at night but with doors locked tight it was fine. 25 minute walk from all the Parthenon related stuff.

Loved the convenient location of Ivis 4 and the friendliness of staff ; truthfully, I chose Ivis 4 because of good reviews about the food and we we not disappointed; in fact, had the best breadsticks and salad with truffle dressing(yum!!) and the pizza was also so good!!

We stayed at Ivis 4 for 6 nights during our trip to Greece. The location is perfect and all historic sites are within walking distance.
