Property was nice, easy to get to, grass for our dog. Getting a facelift so some of the parking was taken up with trailers, but still plenty of parking. Lobby was getting it's facelift so not pleasing to the eye, but a great place, just the same. There was a restaurant attached so we didn't have to go anywhere else for food. If passing through again we would stay again.

Everything about this stay was great! The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the beds were comfortable with multiple pillows, the bathrooms had lots of amenities, the location is great, and there are a lot of grassy areas for taking pets outside. The only downside was there is no carpet in the rooms. The floors are a type of LVP and with that, they could have been a touch cleaner (you notice that when you walk around in white socks!). The only other thing is that the pet fee is quite high at $25 per pet per night. This was our second stay here and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed here for years when it was under a different name. Very convenient for our visit with family in the area. Only criticism would be that now that we have to walk outside to the Brothers restaurant there should be a canopy over the walkway to protect everyone from inclement weather.

Since the remodel the hotel is quite nice. Rooms were clean, lobby was sharp, breakfast had great choices and it's right off the highway, yet quiet. Will stop again during our north and south travels.

The hotel was very clean as were the rooms. Lots of towels in the bathroom. We had a big shower(no tub) with wonderful water pressure. Nice breakfast. There is an Italian restaurant next to the hotel but they don’t sell alcohol, however you are allowed to bring your own in.

The (hotel) room was recently and nicely renovated. It was spacious with nice comfortable furniture. Unfortunately I did have one minor negative comment, there was a scent that I'd relate to the cleaning/laundry supplies, not so bad that we couldn't deal with but not pleasant either. Now back to the positive, our breakfast was fresh, hot and a very nice selection of breakfast foods. Overall, my wife and I would absolutely return to this hotel for future stays.

The hotel room was great The bed was a little hard. Maybe a little softer mattress? The pancake machine didn't work. Despite the efforts of the excellent server, it just wouldn't work.Issues with the batter bag. But there was biscuits and gravy to make up for it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.

Conveniently located right off the interstate. The woman who checked us in Saturday, 9/19, after 6:00 PM—I didn't get her name—went above and beyond for us. The hotel was clean, and the room was well thought out. There are hooks across from the bathroom; I think they're meant for towels after you shower, but they worked great as a leash and hoodie hook for taking the dog out. While there is no coffee machine in the room, they have a machine in the lobby that grinds fresh beans. Ladies, the sink mirror features a built-in adjustable makeup light, and there is a little stool that works wonderfully as a nightstand if you're sleeping on the side of the bed opposite the built-in one. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant attached though we didn't get a chance to try it. They have the cleanest pet relief area I've seen. I only saw where one irresponsible owner didn't pick up after their large dog. I don't know if recent travelers are just unusually great about cleaning up or if staff maintains it regularly, but I wish all hotel pet areas were that clean. I generally don't choose to stay at a Holiday Inn, but we stayed here for the proximity to our event. However, I will definitely consider this a top option when traveling in hopes others are like this one, and it will be my number-one choice whenever I'm back in the area.
