We checked in after 9 pm. Someone was there with everything ready to go. Nice comfortably appointed room, no problems. Our dog was welcome and at a reasonable fee, unlike most of the big chain hotels now. Very convenient access to gas and the freeway.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed and appreciated the lending area...what a great idea! We were able to enjoy our wine in glasses vs. plastic cups. Thank you. We will definitely plan another stay here!

This is an excellent new hotel. XL Modern Suites. Two new hotels are in the process of being built. There is gated construction in shared adjacent parking lot(this was mid-July). I didnt experience any noise or other issues. This place does not serve breakfast or have a restaurant on the premises. They offer coffee/tea and fresh fruit bowl. They have pantry items for sale. Suites have a full size fridge freezer and cooktop range/oven. Great work desktop area. Would absolutely book a stay here again.

I loved the fact that parking was super easy and close to the entrance of the property. My one and only qualm would be that one of the light fixtures in the room was out so it wasn’t as bright as I wish it would be, but so minor that I didn’t complain to the front desk. Staff was friendly. Room was basic, but very clean. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in Lodi.

4 nights on the edge of Lodi. Pretty close to everywhere you’d need to go by car. Nothing to really walk to nearby. Rooms were well laid out, nothing fancy but serviceable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. 24 hour coffee tea available in the lobby. Only downsides were a few ants in the bathroom faucet and having to enter the property thru a construction fence on a dark road. Overall, a spacious room that served its purpose at a fair price.

This property is fairly new, and i think it has kitchenettes in all the units. A lot of short-term construction workers take advantage of this affordable hotel for that reason. However, I really like it for my occasional weekend wine tasting trips. Love that it’s dog friendly, the walls are well insulated so you barely hear your neighbor, and the beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. There’s firm and medium soft pillows. The beds are a medium firm. The only thing that could use Improvement is the heating and air-conditioning system. Staff insists that the thermostat on the wall will control the heating and air conditioning. However, I’ve been in two different rooms and that was not true of either one. I needed to use the controls on the in-room unit itself to get the proper room temperature, but once I figured that out, it wasn’t hard. I would stay there again!

The property itself was ok, rooms were clean but the NOISE !!! I stayed in #342 and there was a loud generator blasting ALL NIGHT LONG in the parking lot in addition to the loud heater inside the room. I paid $200 and got no sleep at all

Property appeared to be clean as well as room. Elevator was out of order so we stayed on bottom floor. That is the floor they allow pets. The person who checked us in was nice but spoke to fast then was inpatient when I asked questions. This room had a kitchenette. Refrigerator was loud as was heating/air conditioning. I turned both off. Light and clock at bedside did not work. Heard noise from hall and room above.

Our stay was excellent! The staff are friendly, rooms were clean, and location was perfect for what we needed. They have new beds and it was very comfortable. We slept very well. It was nice to have a kitchenette too. We came to check out the local wineries so this was a great spot to end the day. It is also near the freeway. I highly recommend.

This property was right off of Hwy 99 and an excellent choice for staying the night before an all day sports tournament. Very clean and super soft sheets! Staff was really friendly. Needed a hot tub and maybe light fare breakfast options.
