My reseebvation wasn't listed the hotel delayed my check in for over an hour! The rooms lights by the bed were falling off the wall, the room smelt like Bleach. Several rooms had broken out windows the privacy lock on my door didn't work! Not a place I’d recommend to anyone! B

Went to check into hotel and there was a sign saying to call the manager for service. The young man that came to help me was very polite but couldn’t give me the right room. I had to wait for the manager to get me the room. The manager was very polite. Unlocking the room was a bit of a challenge. This hotel is located next to the freeway so it’s very noisy. Once in the room we noticed the deadbolt didn’t work. The sink was clogged. The ac unit had broken slats and is dangerous because the rollers were exposed. The tv didn’t work well. Other than that the room was clean. Upon wanting to check out there was a note on the office door saying to call someone for assistance. I called and the man who answered had me tell him over the phone my complaints. It served its purpose for the night but won’t be returning.

Room was nothing like it's picture, 2 x Key Card did not work or open, asked for 1st floor/ground instead was given 3rd floor, tried calling front desk from my cellphone because there was no phone in the room, toilet did not want to flush, had to use the 2 plunger on either side of the toilet, room was freezing even when i punched the low temperature dirty button, 2 lamps had no bulb, no soap, limited towels and my room was on the ghetto side of the complex, the obvious oder in the elevator smelled of weed. Never again would i stay, nor recommend.

The desk was closed when I arrived at 6pm and I had to call for service then the card machine was down so I had to pay in cash along with a cash deposit. Luckily I had cash available.

Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Toilet leaked and left a puddle of water on the floor for the entirety of the stay. Outside of toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Security latch missing from the door. A/C unit missing plastic cover. Overall not impressed with cleanliness and will not be booking here again.

Show up arround 10:45 the front desk guy didn’t came out and unlock the door until like 11:15 right when I was looking for a diffent hotel. The door to my room wasent working properly as the rotary knob didn’t work and the other security deal on top looked like someone broke into the room before. Give it a 2 star only cause it was clean and the beds are comfy everything else not so much. I get that you get what you pay for but this was a lil to much

Bed bugs, we got bites all over ! the room hasnt been cleaned at all, stains on the sheets, the walls, dirt and debris all over the floors, nothing was clean. Extremely disappointed, i checked out early.

Location was good right off the highway. But everything else was the worst experience ive ever had in all my travel for overnight stay. Could not get into the room had to return twice to office, the room was dirty, the beds had stained sheets with body hair, the shower was very dirty as well, i could not get a refund

If I could rate this property negative stars I would!!! My room was terrible. There was hair in the beds and stains on the sheets. The shower was full of mold and blood!! When I asked for a refund all they told me was the manager was not there to help. The room was un sleepable and I had to sleep in the car because Expedia won’t give me a refund till the manager answered and he never answered!!!

We entered room and a strong bleach odor lingered in room, TV didn’t work and There was a big cockroach on the wall. Went to office and door was locked Called about TV and they came when we were sleeping to fix so no TV Bathroom didn’t flush chain was not connected to handle. Very disappointing stay when a person is tired.

Very dirty room. Arrived 2 hrs after check in, was in the room 15 minutes total. It had a smell that stuck in your nose. Tub was covered in a lime scale shine, with hair on top of that. No towels or wash rags it. Mattresses had odd orange stains on them that were covered by dirty sheets. TV did not work with remote and there was no channels available on the TV. It was a room from hell. Checked out 2 hours after my granddaughter and I checked in. Was totally gross. Don’t stay here. Not accommodating at all and no refund. Hell of a way to run a business! Thank You for the experience I’ve never been so disappointed. I didn’t even think to take any pics to document my stay, just wanted to leave.

No phone to call office, no ice....no mention of coffee or breakfast in the a.m. no closet to hank clothes. Bed and pillows very comfy and was clean...we left very early so really just slept there.. reasonable priced.

It was a horrible experience i tried calling all day since i was traveling, and i needed to check in , no answe all day and when they finally answered they started saying nonsense and making treats asking "why I'm sounding scared " i didn't feel comfortable staying there so i never even stopped there unfortunately there is no refunds so i got screwed of course and had to continue on my 4 hour drive back home at 1 am because i didnt feel safe

Check in was smooth however 30 minutes later a staff member tried to come into the room just sfter I got outvof the shower. There was no knock before coming in so don't know how much she saw. TV did not work and staff didn't seem to care. I was told someone would come but no onever did. I spoke to management in the morning but didn't do anything. Except that I should have told them to call the manager....like I am supposed to know that.

We went here because of the name we thought it was a nicer motel for the money but we were shocked when we found it was not. There was the lowest class people lurking around, it was scary for my family and my grandkids, we had to move because the room they gave us originally the AC was not working, the beds were itchy and it was dirty, my husband had to wipe off the bed, we did not say anything else because we were all tired. Then in the middle of the night both at our room and my daughter's room people were making loud noises walking back and forth and kept us up most of the night I complained about that finally the noise stopped mostly but my daughter did not complain so needless to say we all got a horrible night sleep, please find yourself a better hotel that's not run down. The only thing good I could say is the manager/owner I believe he is was extremely nice.

I drive to elnpaso from LA. This hotel was on the I-10 paid my reservation and got charge no one was at the front desk instead a pice of paper sayin to drive 5 more miles to get a room horrible experience
