This hotel is VERY new, we stayed three weeks after opening. The amenities are clean and stylish. The TV is large, the window shade completely blocks out sunlight, there is a desk and floating night stands that allow for more room. The bathroom and room entrance is tiled while the the bed area is carpeted. There is an indoor pool and gym area. The lobby and dining area have a lot of seating! I have not been to a hotel that has so many places to sit and relax in a common area and it is just nice!

This is a great place to stay. They have a weight room and pool. It is very close to several restaurants (Bojangles, KFC, Taco Bell. Indian food and several others. My only negative comment is that the TV is oriented for viewing from the bed and not the couch.

For being a brand new property, it's not going to look new for long if the cleaning staff doesn't step it up a few notches. The grout was already starting to look gross in the lobby, the lobby and elevators needed to be swept, there were some stains in the carpet already in the hall, our bathroom counter had a few small hairs and lint on it. The check in and check out process took longer than (over 15 minutes each) any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, but they just need to work a little harder at keeping a brand new facility looking brand new.

Total miss on straightening beds - emptying trash - exchanging towels on Sunday - I called front desk - clerk is only employee in the building as of 3 pm - she had towels - I emptied our trash cans into the trash cans next to the elevator- I’m shocked for almost $200 / night

The hotel stay was very clean love the way the rooms were set up. I love the showers. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the second floor stay with having somebody over the third floor with them all day and all night disturbing our sleep I will be staying at this hotel again when I come back in town, but I would love to have a higher floor with no disturbance from stomping or walking all night.

Clean, nice hotel. Downsides are no HDMI inputs on the TV so we were unable to use our AppleTV or Roku streaming devices that we travel with. The handicapped spots were occupied by a bunch of work trucks belonging to construction workers staying at the hotel which did not have handicapped placards, we asked the front desk about this and they just shrugged it off saying these things happen. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The breakfast service in the morning was better than we expected for the price of the room, very pleased. The location is very easy to hop onto HWY-55. The value for what we paid is unbeatable.

This is a nice property for a couple nights stay. However, the walls are super thin and you will want to stay on the top floor if you are a light sleeper. We had someone staying above us that even a light walk sounded like a herd of animals. Plus, we could hear the entire conversation of some folks talking normally in the rooms beside us and were able to hear folks talking in the hallway.

This property was newly constructed. Check-in was very easy and overall cleanliness was exceptional. Great breakfast options as well as nearby dining options available. The only downside for me was that it stated Netflix was available. This is NOT true nor are you able to connect your devices to the tv to cast or stream. This should be corrected because it was actually one of the reasons I chose this property.

Check in was a mess. The staff seemed confused and were telling everyone checking in they had to search around for rooms, despite having reservations. I was especially impressed by the extraordinary level of customer service from the moments before I arrived and until the minute I left. I was lost on the way to the property and Ms.Chandra stayed on the phone to guide me directly there. When I arrived, Ms, Toni pleasantly greeted me as she was very patiently trying to speak with a customer on the phone. Before I left she printed out directions home for me as well. At 4 A.M. one morning Ms. Kim came to my room to check on the coffeemaker. The breakfast was also very tasty. I couldn't have expected a better experience.
