Loved our stay everything was spotless. Bedding was soft and the bed was so comfy even with all my back issues I loved it. Shuttle service was quick to the airport. Restaurant food was exceptional. Amenities were plentiful. The shower had large shampoo body soap and conditioner no stingy tiny bottles. The only thing I would change is the shower head it was small and pressure was low.

A few issues with the property: toilet, curtains, and door lock were broken on check in. Staff was able to fix the toilet and improve the door lock condition (so we were no longer locked in the room but the deadbolt could not be used safely). Breakfast was pretty gross/limited but they did give us 2 10$ vouchers for all the trouble with the room. Elevators reeked (of weed/vape). Manager at check out was very pleasant.

Staff is fantastic! Most of the issue with this stay was problems with bathroom. Has barn style door that doesn't afford complete privacy and is loud rolling back and forth. Glass shower doors do not seal, water everywhere, had to get extra towels to mop up so we weren't walking in water. Toilet is too low and flushes so hard toilet water splashes out, on seat ect. Had to clean every time or sit on gross Toilet water. Tp holder doesn't work and roll falls on floor. Sink faucet not set right so water gets all over sink top and no other place to put toiletries. This is fairly new hotel and in their attempt to be modern it falls short of practicality. The luggage carts all have bad wheels and do not turn with load on. There are 3 hotels in this area but no other business within walking distance other than Arbys. Have to drive miles for other food options. For over $200 a night in Yuma I'd expect more.

Property is near interstate and airport so it’s noisy. Upon check in we were put in a room with two beds, even though I had booked a king. Once asked, they honored our reservation. They failed to inform us that rooms are only cleaned every other day unless requested. We ended up having to get fresh towels from the front desk, our trash was overflowing in the room. Very disappointed with the experience, there are 2 other hotels right beside this one. For the money spent, I would expect my room to be made up daily.
