Inviting Downtown Guest Suite earns strong praise for its walkable downtown Frankfort location near restaurants, shops, and distilleries, and for responsive, accommodating hosts that make check-in easy and stays feel thoughtful, smooth, and convenient.
Many guests found street or off-street parking straightforward, though one stay coincided with nearby construction that complicated parking and brought early-morning noise. Rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds and handy kitchenettes; several noted quiet interiors despite downtown events, while a couple mentioned outside noise such as train horns. Cleanliness is consistently praised, with isolated comments about light dusting needs or the occasional spider. Expect a convenient, comfortable base for exploring Frankfort.

The apartment was very cosy and ideally situated (very close to Main St), with seamless check-in process. Hosts are very kind and went so far as to provide a free parking stop, in addition to being very reactive. Only small comment would be about the dusting in some parts of the apartment, otherwise everything was great. Thank you !

The property is in a great location for Bourbon trail visits. It is walkable to downtown attractions and restaurants. No issues with on street parking. Very clean and accommodating.

There was construction in front of building which made parking in the area difficult, and they started at 7:30 in the morning. So sleeping in for our anniversary and with no kids around did not happen. Plus we killed like 5 spiders while staying. Recommend spraying.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. It is perfectly located in Downtown Frankfort close to several shops and restaurants. Parking was not an issue and although there were downtown events going on during our stay once we were inside the property we weren't disturbed by any outside noise.

Very clean & exactly as described. Had no problems with communicating with host. No issues with parking on the street. This is a quiet historic small town that is a great home base location to visit Louisville, Lexington and Bardstown. After long days visiting distilleries, Keeneland Race Track & other attractions it was nice to come back to this comfortable VRBO.

The property was cozy, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my weekend stay. There was plenty of convenient street parking, and there are so many local shops and restaurants within a few blocks. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Finding this place was easy and for whatever reason it was available fory stay of three nights. I say that because it should be booked always! While no stove or oven for cooking, it is just steps away from some pretty cool restaurant spots. Mexican right up the street, Italian across from the Mexican spot, Bourbon on Main two blocks away, and rt next door was Good Wood. I parked my car and left it sitting all week. Bonus, steps across the street is House of Commons! Kentucky Bourbon bar, no food, but let's be honest...why are you in Frankfort in the first place. The owner Dave has something really special there. Tell him Jeff from Columbus said hi when ya go in. The unit itself was exactly what I needed, some space to stretch out with a comfy couch and tv. Separated by a cool non working fireplace was the bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Getting inside with a keypad made entry and exit easy. The kitchenette had snacks, a full sized fridge and kitchen space with all utensils needed to bring back and eat some leftovers. The owner's communication was super. Thanks so much for such a great work week in Frankfort! I WILL be back!

This place is a gem! We loved our brief stay in Frankfort. It was our first time to visit here and this apartment is perfect. The location is awesome for walking around downtown to see the sights as well as restaurants and drinking establishments. The apartment had everything we required for our short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having the kitchen available for storing our refrigerated and frozen items as well as for breakfast. Having the coffee maker and a toaster was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Frankfort.

This property was fantastic! It is wonderfully located; we were able to walk so many places from here! It was incredibly clean and even had snacks and water! I'd stay here again if/when we're ever back in the area!

Traveling the Bourbon Trail and enjoyed the local flavor from this great downtown location. Our car was safely parked off the street and we could walk everywhere. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and charming. Host was very responsive and recommended nice places to eat. Check in was easy and convenient.

The property is very clean and orderly. Very welcoming and warm. I would suggest turning down the thermostat at night. It gets very warm at night.
