We enjoyed our time near FC. Property was awesome, very new and nicely stocked condo. Location short bike ride to downtown/trails. Beds comfy and both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. Living room could have used another chair for 4 to sit in comfortably, but otherwise great! We loved having a garage to store our own bikes!

Only experienced issues with the main bedroom fan not working. Having some instructions to work it would be good. The kitchen was beautiful and access to the dishes was great! Fort Collins is a great fall getaway if you like biking, hiking, and seeing the fall colors. The cruiser bikes were a great addition of staying here. We did a couple of longer bike rides around the city. Stacy’s place was in a great location to join the Spring Creek bike trail as well as accessing the wonderful hiking in northern Colorado.

The condo is beautiful and the management staff is easily accessible and friendly. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were spacious, clean, attractive and comfortable. Our only request would be for more kitchen supplies, towels and blankets. The appliances were great. The washer and dryer is large and convenient. TV's in each room are great. Parking is easy. Close enough to town, drive not walking in the winter.

It was obvious to our group that the owners had been thoughtful as they set up the VRBO. Every room was appropriately stocked with the items that made us feel comfortable. The home was tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. The host communicated with us very well. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Our unit was everything it was supposed to be. Our bed was the most comfortable one I have ever had while renting a place. I was thrilled. The heat hadn’t been on before we arrived, and we couldn't get it to work until someone came over the next day. Very chilly except when under the cozy covers. Someone came over the next morning after we called and they did fix it. There was a shortage of towels, but that too was remedied. All in all it was a comfortable stay, our unit was very clean and the staff remedied the issues. I could easily recommend it.
