We had a wonderful vacation last week at the condo. The neighborhood is lovely and people are very friendly! Easy to get to the Fenwick Island beach and Bethany Beach! Convenient location to grocery and restaurants, gym, yoga studio. We enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood as well! The condo itself was clean and cozy! We would like to come back next summer.

Wonderful place to stay-the only shocking thing to me was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Never saw this in the original listing. When you are flying in from different parts of the country with a carryon-did not expect to have to think about sheets and towels that I found out about two days before we arrived. The unit was immaculate-location was perfect! I definitely would stay there again!

In the area for our grandson’s soccer tournament. The house at Mallard Lakes was in a perfect location for this event. The house was very comfortable and clean. We were very busy but carved out some time to sit on the back porch and enjoy the wildlife on the lakes. Great stay!

The house was so spacious (large bathroom, 2 showers in/out, large rooms, great patio, large living space downstairs), very clean, and in a very adorable community! The owners were quick to get in touch with me and helpful with everything! We highly recommend this place !

My husband and I rented this property along with my mother for a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time.
