PROPERTY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. LOTS OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE IN OUR GROUP. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS LEAKING AND IT HAD TO BE TURNED OFF.

5 adults.Only negative was the accuracy of walk to town. It was longer than expected and sidewalk was right on side of highway with nothing between you and cars going 30-40 miles an hour. Even big trucks also passing by. Not really a safe walk for older adults.

Great place to stay. Location close to downtown but not noisy. Communication by host was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The stay was great! We had 7 adults the youngest was 64 years old! We were in town for a show at the Ozark Folk Center which wound up canceling due to server weather. Therefore we spent most of our time at the house. There was plenty of room for every one. The beds were very comfortable! It was nice having all the bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately stocked pot&pans, dishes, appliances, and utensils. Wifi worked great! Only issues we had was the drive was extremely narrow and we had 2 ladies using walkers. Due to the extreme rain we had it was hard for them to get in and out of the vehicles. Due to the weather the roads were under water going to our home and Caleb & Ethan were great working with us to extend our stay. Overall it was a great experience !

This is the perfect location or a yearly event I attend in the area. Love all the comfy beds available! There is a kitchen cupboard that won't close, it needs repaired and the TV cabinet needs a good cleaning in the drawers. Oh, and the storm shelter is hideous, filled with cigarette butts.I will definitely be reserving this property for next year!
