We have stayed here several times and the staff is always so accommodating and rooms are clean. The gym is great! The beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet for the most part except the doors close VERY loudly so we heard people coming in and out at 2:00am which was disturbing and woke us up. Overall it’s a great hotel.

Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms were decently clean and tastefully decorated, you could tell furnishings were recent updates, and rather new hotel. My only complaint were the uncomfortable pillows, which literally fell flat every time. They serve Starbucks coffee but it’s not a full fledged Starbucks menu, although the street has many coffee shops nearby. The bar had great service, drinks were mid. No complimentary breakfast, but there are breakfast items available for purchase at the cafe, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, oatmeal etc. The hotel is located in a really nice part of town and I felt safe at all times in this immediate area of Fresno/Clovis. Super close to the airport. Close to shopping center, 2 min drive to a shopping center with Target, kohls etc also a great restaurant option Colton’s Social House great food and drinks. It’s about 1hr 45 mins from the South entrance of Yosemite. Overall it was a great experience for my travel needs.

Highly recommend! Staff was proficient and helpful. Love that the hotel has a bar, cafe and room service. The bartender was friendly and made great drinks. The pool and hot tub were clean. Huge shower. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Check in was fast and friendly. The place was spotless. Our room had a large bathroom with a big shower. Much better than a tub to step into! With a microwave and refrigerator and a king sized very comfortable bed! A small very affordable restaurant in the lobby and also plenty of nearby restaurants close by. This was a very nice place to spend the night!

We came to Fresno for an event that would keep us there a couple of days... The room was beautiful, clean, and the hotel was very quiet! There were plenty of guests with building construction keeps noise in the room to a minimum. Nicely furnished, great accommodations!

I did not like that was unable to check in at 3:00 pm. Was not checked in until 3:30. Also, carpet was very dirty the way I could tell my white socks were black on bottom with in a few minutes of walking around the room.

I was stay there often but this time I was there not happy with my room since it’s was ceiling kinda peeling off and the stuff was so loud at 7am we were stay at the room close to the some kind of equipment room worker Just threw some stuff in there and so loud I could herd noise very loudly wasn’t happy . This hotel alway clean don’t know this time I went wasn’t clean as I expected. Stuff kinda not freindly this time .

Our room was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the two queen room with sofa bed and it was perfect for my family of four. Overall I liked my room. It was clean with a nice layout. The TV was on a swing arm so you can watch TV in bed or on the sofa. Internet was fast and easy to use. AC had a digital thermostat for setting the room temp. The restaurant located in the lobby is excellent. Chef made me an excellent breakfast and the price was reasonable.

We loved this stay. It was wonderfully clean and new. We were greeted warmly and provided with water bottles. The room was clean and comfortable though not on the top floor as I requested. The breakfast food was great and the Starbucks coffee was very good! The only negative was the air conditioner. It didn't seem to work right as the temp was always cold. It also kept running intermittently and didn't stay on. So I'm the middle of the night it would click on and off about 6 times and then run a bit but not stay on or at the temperature we set it at. Overall we loved it and will definitely stay there again.

Title: Issues with Reservation and Extra Charges** I had an unfortunate experience with my reservation at this hotel. The staff made an error with my booking, which caused confusion between my reservation and my sister’s. This mix-up was frustrating and caused some unnecessary stress during our stay. Hotel was beautiful, just the checking in was such a confusion . I specifically took care of everything to make my sons check in quick smooth to get to wedding on time ..only to be told by son that he had to pay for accidental dep again ..then checking out we are stopped again that it was not done ...would like for it to be smoother since it took from the limited time he had to get to wedding which he was late too ..

The customer service here was amazing. I had a stressful day of flying to find my luggage missing at the airport. Hotel was great getting it to me. In addition, whether it was the front desk, the bistro or room service, everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you to the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very nice and everything was clean. Also we forgot an item in our room and didn’t realize it. They texted us and emailed us about the missing item. That’s the first time I have experienced that and I was super grateful. I’ve never had a hotel contact me about a left behind item. We were able to stop by and pick it up before we left the area.
