We were greeted on arrival by very friendly and helpful staff. Our room and the facility was very clean. The morning breakfast meal was very good also. We would definitely stay here again!

ROACH in bed!! From the lobby things appear fine, my major concern was the room definitely could use a makeover, I checked in after 10:30 PM due to a late flight, check in was seamless no issue, in under 3 hours I had packed up all of my stuff at was at the front desk due to a roach came crawling from underneath the pillows!! At that point, I was over it and tired. I asked for a Manager or Supervisor and of course none was available at that time. I was able to connect with the Supervisor at the start of her shift and she was already aware of my situation and apologized. Manager Greg had advised Supervisor to let me know that I would get a full refund, he never came out to talk to me, or call since the accident occurred. I was not rude and spoke at all low tone even though my situation and stay was ruined, other guests behind me were checking in. I literally could have cause a scene, but I did not with the hopes the manager would as promised. Here we are weeks after my stay and still no follow up from the property or ant refund reflecting from the third party, I called the property today to let them know I contacted Hotels.com and Tod them what happened. Confirmation from the financial institution there was no call or anything initiated by the property to support any refund. Today, I have opened a dispute of the charges, and I have pictures as proof. I do not recommend this property and I would never send my clients there either. My experience was both traumatic and disgusting
