Nómada boutique Hábitat was an AMAZING STAY!! so close to everything, very safe area and location. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! Gorgeous amenities, rooftop pool and lounge areas. Stunning!! Will definitely be staying here whenever I come back to PV

My roommate and I were forced to share a single card because the hotel had "run out." We were assured that 24/7 front desk coverage made a second card unnecessary, but this was not the case. One evening, I returned while my roommate was away and found the desk completely unattended. I was locked out for nearly an hour, which was a deeply disappointing and inconvenient experience. **Final Thoughts** While the staff is responsive to immediate repairs like leaks, the combination of pest issues and the failure to provide reliable property access was unacceptable.
