Sara N Hotel & Spa

What guests think

At Sara N Hotel & Spa, travelers consistently praise the central, walkable location and the friendly, attentive staff, along with modern, generally very clean rooms that feel new and comfortable for short stays and repeat visits.

Several reviews highlight a rooftop pool, though cleanliness, temperature, and occasional repairs are issues, the bar is not always open, and on-site dining is limited. While parking is available, some note an extra fee and a steep entry. Noise can affect certain rooms—especially street-facing or during rooftop events—though others reported quiet stays. Best for visitors who want a modern base and can accept some operational and noise trade-offs.

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised to have treats and free water bottles left for us. As well, it was nice to have real glasses and coffee cups instead of plastic. We were right downtown and it was interesting to tour Centro. We used and enjoyed the rooftop pool but regretted the bar wasn’t open. The large terrace has a beautiful open space with comfortable furniture and lovely views of the city and surrounding hills. The hotel was convenient to restaurants. Parking was underground and very reasonable. The hotel was very modern with a pleasing design.

This hotel has a great location, very walkable to get food and shopping. The hotel was very modern and very clean. The downside during our stay was they had a power outage and the elevator was not working. Bringing up the luggage three flights of stairs was not fun. I also did not like that there is an additional charge for parking. It should be included with the stay.

The hotel interior looks really nice. The room was big and confortable and the staff was really friendly. The only bad thing thay we encountered was a very unpleasant oddor in the bathroom. Everhoug it looked clean, the small was comparable to draining issues. Other than that ot was not bad, acutally the room was well decorated and pristine.

Bring the only modern hotel properly in this town, this hotel provides OK services. Property looks pretty new, but details show a lot of things were put together cheaply. The worst experience on our first night was the very loud music and screaming on the roof top patio, until at least 2:30am. Hotel staff should know their rooms are not sound proof, and yet they did nothing to stop this craziness sooner. The surrounding area is typical small clothing stores and small restaurants. It’s walking distance to a couple of plaza, church, convenient stores, etc. right downstairs from the hotel, there is a coffee shop, pretty convenient too.
