Restrooms are not clean, property smell bad, curtains not good, a/c box is not really even in the area that it goes, no Housekeeping service, no trash cans, not towels (a towel per day and per person is ridiculous) not enough light, ice maker machine not working, they are not really specifics on the check in at media.

What I expected for the price - Furnishings were old and damaged BUT clean. Missing clock, toilet paper LOVED THE BED but the pillows were tiny and thin. I had to reset the hvac unit at the plug..glad I figured that out, WIFI was out when I arrived; no info was given in case it came back.

no amenities from the hotels.com website were met ever! BUT, I can say the prices were VERY low and no deposits were necessary they said because of the conditions of the rooms which were not what the website said was available up to and including no hot water for multiple days at a time.

Most times th3 property doesn't have towels in the room. Even ine towel, like c'mon!!? Really!??? This time around didnt have a trash can at all or a fridge and some rooms have one and some don't apparently. And now the last twp nights we stayed found out that those two rooms, Im sure most other have roaches. Grooss! Room 219 and 112. In the bathroom and one crawling along the fridge.

The property was NOT clean. Blood stains on the beds. Water falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Smelled horrible. Didn’t even end up staying because we were not comfortable to do so.

There is roaches in the bathroom and needed painting and a trash can in the bathroom. Room needed blankets only had sheets on was just old looking. Loud music was playing till after 11pm. I had to go to office and get blankets.

I wasn’t expecting luxury at our stay but this was truly unacceptable. The main room was okay but the state of the bathroom was horrid and made me question the cleanliness of the room as a whole. Had two cockroach running around the bathroom at night, stains on the sink, toilet, and bathtub, open fixtures in the ceiling and the door was heavily… something and the lock was busted. Don’t recommend this place at all even just to sleep. Will not be returning. I expected a little bit more for the price we paid for two nights.

My family and I got grossed out from seen the conditions of this place, terrible bedding with dirty bed sheets probably stained from previous customers killing bedbugs at night while trying to sleep. You could literally see blood stains on sheets. Bad terrible carpet flooring just by walking into the room we were itching and lot worse the bathrooms not cleaned or sanitized and no cleaned towels provided for the stay. Very unsafe with drug user's around the premisses. This is been the worst experience we have came across in our entire life so far for a 2room and a suppose 2night stay which I tried cancelling and wasn't able to ended staying somewhere else loosing about $450.00 usd. This place needs a complete renovation or demolition. One sure thing about this place that is nothing as clean as it looks on pictures on website.

Horrible property. Very unsafe. No hot water. Everything hadn’t been cleaned since it opened. Tried to get a refund after contemplating what to do in the room for about 20 mins. Took some video evidence. And when I went to go get a refund and the lady said “sorry no refund after an hour. We don’t count minutes.” In which i only had the room for 30 minutes from check to the time I tried to get a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had. False advertising was at an all time high with this one. And the responsible party should be sued.

Staff was excellent… I felt sorry for her, having to work in such poor conditions: Hard core Gang graffiti in two drawers in my room#219/ No blanket/ No TV clicker which keep me from watching the Super Bowl/ No Soap in shower/ no hot water/ Loud talking until about 2 AM from Gangster/drug dealers hanging outside. I’ve been a police officer in Los Angeles for 39 years… i’m still a police officer today. I am not exaggerating the above comments. I have photo of the graffiti in the drawers…… Hard-core gangster, graffiti from local hard-core gang members!! Again… The female staff member at the front desk was fantastic. She got me a TV clicker, but the game was already over. She got me a blanket. She was very, very nice! The room rate…. Just over $70 was decent, but certainly not worth the above problems.

The carpet was bare and dirty. No microwave, no wifi, no phone in the room. The toilet barely flushed. The tub was dirty, the air conditioner barely worked. The guest service was great and the employee I dealt with was over and beyond friendly. I would not stay here again unless it was for free.
