Excellent experience all the way around, my choice when flying out of Fayetteville!! Thank all y'all for such a smooth operation, comfortable and cozy!!

Very clean room. Excellent breakfast - attendant was very attentive and keeps breakfast area immaculate.

Our room smelled a little too much from the deodorizer they use --- too heavy.

I would not stay here again. The room was very worn and tired, with a strong chemical smell, humidity, a fogged window, poorly functioning A/C, and scratched and damaged furnishings. Most concerning, I found what appeared to be old blood stains on the sheets. The night clerk was very nice and brought clean replacement sheets, but I then found stains on other bedding. I asked for another room, but the hotel was fully booked, so there was no way to resolve the situation. I checked out and paid to stay elsewhere. The next day, I called to discuss the situation and was told the manager would call me back, but the call never came. When I tried again later, three attempts to reach the front desk ended with extended hold music followed by disconnections. Choice Hotels eventually contacted the property for me, but the hotel refused a refund because they had provided clean replacement sheets. While I appreciated the clerk doing that, it did not address the other stained bedding, the overall condition of the room, or the fact that no alternative room was available. I was disappointed that the hotel couldn't resolve the issues, wouldn't discuss them with me afterward, and then refused to refund a room that I couldn't—and didn't—stay in.

My stay was ok. The only issue i had was with one of the breakfast staff. She was wearing gloves to protect from spreading germs,however she was using her phone. Going outside to constantly smoke, and even swiped her nose and face while wearing them. Then came back inside to handle the food everyone was consuming
