At Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel, travellers frequently praise the convenient setting beside Diamond Mall with easy walks to central sights, friendly and professional staff, modern spacious rooms, and well liked wellness facilities such as a good gym and spa.
Breakfast is widely considered good, though some find variety limited and bar or restaurant offerings uneven. Several reviews note issues like inconsistent housekeeping, occasional smoke or musty odors, air conditioning problems, noise from traffic or events, and small amenity gaps such as missing glasses. A few guests mention Wi-Fi login friction and certain extras like better coffee costing more. Overall, expect a comfortable, modern stay with a strong location and supportive service, plus a few quirks.

Veldig fin beliggenhet for shopping, da det ligger vis a vis diamond kjøpesenter.

While searching for a hotel in the town centre I came acros Limak hotel on Hotels.com. and decided to try it. Well i am I glad I did. The experience was amazing from booking to check in including the stay and service. The hotel is fairly new and everything is kept very well. I booked one night with breakfast which included a free parking at the hotel. The value of what you get is amazing so if you are ever visiting Skopje, give Limak hotel a chance and you will be amazed.

The hotel is beautifully designed and contains everything you expect a five star hotel should. The neighborhood is probably going to be a very nice area after the construction work is done. Unfortunately we had to ask for glasses two times (in two days) and eventually we received glasses for the last night. It’s not very five star stay in a suite drinking your drinks in coffee cups…

Nieuw hotel.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is not in the centre exactly, but an easy walk to the main sights. Right next to a new shopping mall with lots of restaurants. The hotel is brand new, with modern decor. Rooms were spacious enough. Air con didn't really work in my room, but it was fixed and I was comfortable the second night. Nice little gym, didn't visit the spa. The hotel is just fine, I think it's just lacking the fifth star quality.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Limak and were pleased to find many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located right next door to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Long Island ice teas at the hotel bar were delicious! The only slight issue was that the weather in Skopje was a beautiful, 28°C everyday, and the Aircon in the room was not able to compete! Despite being on and programmed to get the room down to 15°C, the entire time we were there the room stayed at 25°, it made for uncomfortable nights which is a shame because the bed itself was great! I'm sure there is something wrong with the AC. Failing this, it was a great overall stay. The Sky Bar on the top floor does not yet seem to be in operation, so we didn't get to experience this.

Limak website states that service dogs stay free of charge. We have a registered service dog with all the necessary paper work and ID, despite this the hotel charged us over $ 36 for one night stay. Almost 50% of the fee for the whole night. Legal robbery ! Also our room, with "mountain view" faced an ugly construction site. Never again in this hotel

Overall service was satisaftory. The staff can be more communicative. I wasn't informed about the breakfast. When i was checking out, I pointed this out to a staff at the front, he insisted that they had told me. During my stay, I asked for some help to find a place, the staff didn't take any action, instead he told me very vaguely that I should go to center area.

Loved this hotel, and all it had to offer. Staff were wonderful. Food great. Room super clean and comfortable. My cautionary tale is about laundry. I filled out the form, placing 7 t-shirts (3 short sleeve, 4 long sleeves, all cotton) and 7 underwear in the bag. I calculated it would be about $35. When it came back the next day I noticed a new form had replaced the one I submitted, with changed made. My 4 long-sleeve t-shirts were reclassified as more expensive items -"pullovers." I could accept that, even though all other hotels had classified them as t-shirts. There was other writing in other columns, but I assumed things were OK until I was checking out, and found I'd been charged $70. What happened is that I made an honest mistake and checked the column to the right instead of the left. Hotel services then --without consulting me -- not only washed but dry/cleaned and pressed my clothes. I have attached the forms for readers to see. I have been in management, and would have erred on the side of the customer's honest mistake (I mean $70 to wash 7 undies and 7 t-shirts)? So, I'll always remember this hotel as the most expensive laundry I've ever used... and want my experience to be a cautionary tale for other travelers.

I have now visited 38 European countries, the last one being North Macedonia. I was extremely impressed with how your property and staff conducted business. The location was fantastic and you can easily walk around the city of Skopje. The breakfast was terrific each morning. The staff, personable and approachable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This seems like a very new property. Attached to new Diamond Mall. A quick 10-minute walk to central square in Skopje. Overall, nice rooms, great value for a 5-star property. Just fyi... Sky Bar wasn't open yet but restaurant had good service.

Another great stay at Limak Skopje. The room was on the 4th floor with a view over the Milenium cross. Easy acces to town centre through Diamond shoping mall, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Well situated hotel, clean but with some issues which spoiled the stay!!! Every time you want to reconnect to WiFi you have to feel-in extensive survey about the hotel. Every single day…. Why? Are you so desperate for positive words? Coffee during the breakfast? The worst I have ever tested! Yes, they served good quality coffee but you have to pay extra!!! Ridiculous! And pity because I will for sure change the hotel next time!

An Outstanding Luxury Experience at Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel My eight-day stay at Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel in North Macedonia was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was consistently impressed by the hotel's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. What distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. From the front desk associates to the bellboys and every team member I encountered, everyone demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine warmth. Their welcoming smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at all times made me feel less like a guest and more like a member of their own family. The atmosphere was so inviting and comfortable that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another highlight of my stay was the magnificent breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive, featuring a wide variety of delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented items to suit every taste. Each morning began with an outstanding dining experience, providing the perfect start and enough energy for an entire day of sightseeing or business activities. The quality, diversity, and presentation of the food were truly impressive. Thank you to the entire Limak team for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.
