Okay, so I think there's a lot that's not explicitly stated and I would like to go over a few things. First and foremost, parking. You can park at the same garage the valets do for half the price. The valet doesn't really grant you a whole lot of convenience as there's only one on staff at any given time and there's a good chance they're either parking or retrieving a car when you actually need them. Luke is an absolute G though, that kid hustles. I don't know how this place is ranked as a 4 star because it's not. The cleanings that are supposed to occur between guests are pretty lackluster. Shower was kinda gross, a layer of dust on pretty much everything, just not what you'd expect from it's rating. When we arrived our lock didn't work, it was quickly remedied but like, do y'all not even quickly check the room you've assigned a guest in advance? The elevator button is wonky, and instead of fixing it they just attached a laminated sign like, "we promise it works, try harder". The bed left a bit to be desired, as did the water pressure in the shower. The main gist of this review is to tamper your expectations a bit, it's not a 4 star. Mid 3, sure. Location is solid aside from the homeless. Oh, and the front desk girl with the glasses and a face only a mother could love? She'd do a lot better in a position that required zero interaction with customers. The photo is of the water damaged vanity in the bathroom, I'll update this with more after my fiancé sends me them.

Safe, clean and walkable The hotel was safe and clean, and walkable to nearby restaurants which were our main priorities. Although check-in was remote, we still needed assistance with the elevator. The evening staff member who helped us came across as a bit sassy and seemed less than enthusiastic about helping. Clearer instructions would go a long way for folks who had a long travel day—for example, explaining that you should not hold the button but keep pressing it 5-10 times until it turns red. Late night staff was much more friendly.
