What guests think
Across recent reviews, Escapes to the Shores 1004 by Liquid Life stands out for its beachfront location with beautiful balcony views, generally very clean and spacious condos, and convenient family-friendly amenities that make beach days simple and relaxing.
Many highlight the pools, hot tub/spa, gym, and included beach chairs and towels. Recurring drawbacks include paid parking with tight spaces and occasional maintenance hiccups like water temperature, shower pressure, remotes, outlets, or a slow dryer; one guest noted noise from above and another reported a cleaning miss. A few mention higher costs, yet numerous reviewers say they would return. Expect a comfortable, oceanfront condo stay with practical amenities.

Yes, I would recommend this property to couples or a small group on a girls' trip. The condo was spotless, with a spacious kitchen and balcony. The view from this unit is spectacular, and the beach is clear and clean. My only complaint is that the total cost of the rental does not include the cost of parking. The condo has an indoor pool and hot tub/spa on the ground floor, along with a gym. With all the amenities and direct access to the beach, what else could you ask for when planning the perfect getaway?

Love that each large bedroom has its own bathroom and privacy. Beach service and beach towels are included making this a real value. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and windows on 2 sides of the living area! Beautiful!

The property was nice and clean. The view was incredible. Location is great. The thing that sets this property apart was that 2 chairs and umbrella are part of the overall rental. We didn't have to take chairs back and forth which was very nice. The only complaint that I have is that we could hear the people in the unit above us which was annoying at times. I would recommend this unit

We had a nice stay at this property. It was expensive per night in my opinion. First off this rating should've been a 4 and a half star but that wasnt a option. The parking pass being $40 a car was very steep, especially considering the small parking spaces in the parking deck. The tv remote in one bedroom had buttons that was stuck. The tv remote in the other bedroom was a vizio remote with a LG tv so it didnt work. We had to end up buying a universal remote to use and almost all the remotes had no batteries in them since the batteries that were present were mostly dead. One of the shower heads had terrible water pressure and seemed clogged, the other shower had a very dirty showerhead that needed to be cleaned. These were the only complaints i had about this property. The location was great, Beautiful views and very beautiful spacious condo. We would definitely stay again if the price was a little cheaper.

Condo was super clean and well stocked. The beach chair and umbrella rental that was included with our stay was a really nice touch so we didn't have to drag ours along. The fridge ice maker really cranks out the ice so we didn't need our ice maker for drinks either. We used the ice machine by the pool for coolers and had a great time on the beach!

Our stay was great! Only complaint is the shower water wouldn’t get cold. It was like boiling water coming out of the shower head & the bath tub would only do cold water no hot. Hopefully a simple fix! Beautiful place to stay! Love the indoor pool!

Perfect condo for family of 5. We have three little ones and the condo was very child friendly. It had everything we needed. This was our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The location was a short walk from parking/pools/and beach. We’d definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

We had a great time at the resort! My only complaint is parking is listed as an amenity but it was $40 at the hotel :(. Otherwise, a nice relaxing spot for a beach vacation. We had 4 girls stay and had enough room! (A tight squeeze, but a great bang for your buck!)

Our condo was super nice, very spacious, & clean! The location was perfect, not too far from other activities besides the beach. We loved the beach front balcony & how easy it was to access the beach. The only problems were the bottom outlets in the master bedroom & some in the living room did not work. The washer/dryer is shared with one neighbor (not a big deal at all, we never even saw our neighbor), the dryer will take forever to dry your clothes so don’t wash anything you need asap. We had an overall great experience & will 100% book again, we loved it!
