The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was quite comfortable and I loved having four pillows to sleep with. I loved the color scheme as well. The mirror in the bathroom was lighted and had a motion sensor to turn on. The breakfast was pretty good and there were plenty of options to choose from. It’s nice to have a coffee bar available 24/7. Fitness room was nice and WiFi was fast. No issues or complaints and would easily stay here again.

At first I regretting my stay because of not having a microwave in our room but I was explain why by one of the employee so I was happy to mingle. I love the fact of having coffee & the Gym for my used 24/7. I hated the fact that as we were leaving their were about 4 or 5 Patrol cars outside but other than that I can't wait to come back again.

Check in was uneventful. Lobby was a little messy. Breakfast area had out of order sign on one of the coffee machines. Tacky looking. Hand sanitizer machine near the elevator on the 5th floor was so dusty you count write your name on it. Elevator doors dirty. Bathroom floor dirty. Looks like the entire hotel is just being surface cleaned for a length of time. Will not stay again.

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed! The Continental breakfast and coffee was wonderful, the staff was wonderful, and there was a nice little seating area outside. Plus it was super close to Carowinds!

Comfortable beds, great shower pressure and hot water, clean, love the tile flooring instead of carpet. Only complaint was the A/C. We love it cooler and we had it set way down on 62 and it seemed like the room would never cooled below 72. Has to sleep with just the sheet.

People working front desk were incompetent. Ask a question and get a different answer depending on who you talk to. They are clueless. King bed room is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Cleaning crew is super loud in the mornings. Never staying at this hotel again.

We stayed here for a night after spending a day at Carowinds. The room was very comfortable and modern and loved that we could stream to the TV and watch our favorite show while on vacation! Dog friendly also, which was great. The breakfast options were great too. Would definitely stay here again!

For breakfast, they served bacon bits (i.e., bacon crumbs) instead of bacon slices, sausage, or ham. Yes, bacon bits! Who eats bacon bits except on a salad! The rooms have no closet or drawers. Instead, they have hooks of the wall for guests to hang their clothes. This hotel is relatively new now, but it will soon be a place where companies lodge their construction workers.

This is a great hotel for a great price. Very clean very quiet and the beds are amazing. Pillows are a little on the flat side, but very soft. The ONLY complaint I have which isn't even enough to knock a star off is the janky remote for the TV. That remote is the most frustrating thing I've ever encountered. Luckily there is a QR code on the TV you can use your phone to control the TV with, no app needed.

Convenient location off of Route 77. Room was very comfortable as to temperature and the bed. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Only downside was the refrigerator was set down low on the floor underneath a shelf and was difficult to get to.

I can NOT recommend staying here. The office staff made random charges to my credit and debit cards WITHOUT permission/authorization. When approached with the issue, they've been anything but helpful. In total, more than $2,000 in charges have been made/attempted without a single authorization from me. I've had to cancel all cards and replace them ... and these weren't "stolen" credit cards, but actual charges from the hotel itself. My actual stay was quite nice and the the hotel was clean, well-taken care of and good. The hotel staff was friendly. It is genuinely unfortunate that a misorganized and unhelpful office staff can leave such a dangerous blemish on the facility itself.

After getting settled into my room, I received a text from the front desk welcoming me and inquiring if everything was ok with my room. This is the first time any hotel staff has ever checked in with me during a hotel stay. I find that to be very attentive and shows the hotel staff making it their business to insure my hotel stay needs are taking care of! Exceptional Customer Care!

New, clean, good breakfast. no employee speaks with a customer unless spoken to first (they are always on their cell phones). no "good morning" "thank you" how is everything" not even a "hello" I do not blame the employees; I am sure they are as nice as any other hotel workers; I attribute this behavior to the company (owner) culture! Very poor management. I like the AVID business model; this should be an easy 4-5 "star" review; unfortunately I can not recommend. Treat your customer like they are "valued," and you can turn this around quickly ..... but first, get off of the cell phones!

The most rude, unfriendly hotel staff I have ever experienced. Sherna, a cleaner, was particularly rude. I got a 12 o’clock check out and she was banging on my door at 11 telling me to get out. She said all the rooms are rented you need to leave. But guess what? The rooms were not all rented out. The hotel is nice enough but avoid it if you want a welcoming, friendly place to stay.

The first key we received opened to a room that already had guests. The second room was empty, but later that evening the front desk assigned another person to our room and gave them a key to enter our room. This stranger opened our door at 12:30am looking for their room. This was happening to other guests as well. The lack of room security was unsettling to say the least. The staff did not seem concerned about the issue.

Property was very clean,felt safe. Was surprised there was no microwave in the room! Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am, most travellers are on the road by then! Was a little disappointed we went to MacDonalds next door!

We had a great stay. We had two rooms as there is 7 of in my family. The staff put us in rooms next-door to each other and they were clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast had something to make everyone in my family happy. I personally really enjoyed the coffee! The machine gound the beans and brewed each cup fresh, and was available 24 hours a day.... absolutely the bet cup of coffee from a hotel i have ever had!!! We visited the area for a trip to Carowinds. The hotel was a very short drive to the park.
