The room was good and clean. They took an old facility and renovated it and it was great. The only problem was the direction they gave was not correct and gps was not accurate. We spent a lot of time trying to locate the place. Tried multiple times to get ahold of someone, with no answer. I left a message and they finally responded with an email the next day. Told them I needed to talk to someone. They told me to give them a time to call and I did but they never responded. The facility was good but would not recommend using this property management. The property was ,/ horrible.

Our room was perfectly clean and set up when we arrived and the property was easy to find and park on! Everything was comfy, cozy, and amazing! The property company was kind and communicative! We’d definitely choose this over a big name hotel any day and will definitely be considering staying here the next time we come back! :))

The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. The towels were very fluffy and wonderful after a warm shower. If we ever come back to Chattanooga we would stay there again for sure.
