Had a wonderful winter visit. We were pleasantly surprised when we realized that the pool was heated and we were able to swim in it during the winter months. We had a few inconveniences worth mentioning. Our water heater was not turned on prior to our check in so our dinner plans were delayed as we waited for it to heat up the water for our showers. Also, we ran out of toilet paper in both restrooms as extra rolls were not provided (had been previously provided in past stays).

The property was clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was great and the pools, etc were easily accessible. The door key was tricky to open the door and to lock it. Better directions for the wifi password (one digit is worn off so you can’t tell what it was) should have been more clear and the directions about it the water heater weren’t easily visible. A written guidebook laying on the counter would have been nice incase we had questions. Otherwise the place was nice and it looked the same as it was advertised.

We’ve never stayed at the Sky before. The property was well maintained and clean. The pools were sparkling and clean as well. Unfortunately I think this unit wasn’t for us. The lights in the kitchen were so dark, even with the blinds wide open. It made it difficult to prepare anything. Most of the doors squeaked and needed to have the bottoms shaved to clear the floor. Sadly the sliding door in the primary bedroom didn’t seal properly and when the wind blew it sounded like a freight train coming. The shower handles were extremely difficult to pull to start the water. The water smelt of sulfur for the last 3 days of our trip. I know Puerto Penasco has water issues. The unit was stocked w beach chairs and cleaning supplies which was a plus for us. In addition there was nothing to explain how to navigate the tv’s. The unit served our purpose but probably won’t return.

The guests upstairs were really load very late into the night. We had to go to security 2 times. The management said we broke some glass in the condo but we did not. They charged us $35 for it.

It was very accurate to the listing and in great condition. The only thing I would point out is that the wine bottle cooler wasn't working nor were there any wine or champagne glasses available. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Pictures on the site don’t do the unit justice. Very large, spacious, light and beautiful location. Would rent over and over. We did not have hot water, but when it’s 110 out you don’t mind a cold shower…

Very nice place close to the beach perfect view property wasn’t far from the stores, only small issues in this condo was the washer and dryer was not working had to keep getting a key to a different condo just to use the washer and dryer as well as not having no water due to pumps being backed up had to remind the front desk to keep checking it other than that would definitely come back but get a different condo

This was a nice clean unit. Great location and great views from the balcony. I gave it 4 stars as it's priced as a 5 star unit but it had a few shortcomings that we haven't had in previous Rocky Pt rentals. - we found the bed in the MBR to be very soft and pillows were lumpy. 2nd BR bed was fine. - dishware / glasses were mismatched and many were well used (clean but hazy). This is minor nit but again it was 5-star pricing. - the pool bar and restaurant had limited midweek hours (10:30am to 5pm).
