Great experience. Going during fall time is worth it. It's very near to famous Kebler's pass. Break fast is not included. Hotels.com details saying Breakfast included is misleading.

Finding it initially was a challenge; went to the wrong entrance/lodge. But they're obviously used to it and gave us great directions to find the proper location. Area was beautiful, our room was awesome and spacious. Comfy bed. And the breakfast sandwich and burrito were so yummy and easy for a quick morning grab!

Property was great. Right next to transport to take you to downtown Crested Butte. Pool and hot tub were very nice! Very clean and would recommend.

The room was nice but the check in process was somewhat slow. The rooms are somewhat dated.

After a 40 minute wait while desk staff was on break, we were greeted horribly with “I have no more reservations for tonight, I have blocked all my rooms and you must have booked through another party. A very hostile greeting, would not offer any assistance. 15 minutes later, while we were scrambling for a resolution, she walked back with a different tone and had refreshed the system showing our reservation. We checked in to a very dated room, worn furnishings. Not impressed. Do better Vail.
