Enjoyed the newer feel and some of the larger lobby and gathering space to play games downstairs. It would be nice if the pool hours were extended though so kids can get some more exercise before or after long travel days.

Very nice hotel in most everyway you want one to be. However a big reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. However the pool is not heated and was too cold to use.

Beautiful when you walk in. The left had a huge hang out place for families and friends. Multiple outside lounge areas. Clean room and the pool was clean. We love the outdoor grill. And all the staff were nice and helpful with everything. Also very pet friendly

The room was clean and the facility was also clean. They offered a really great breakfast and had a pool table and TV set up in the lobby. The pool was closed and they claimed that that room did not have heat which was a little upsetting because that is probably book the room to be able to go swimming.

The property was well kept and clean. However. I experienced staff speaking in Spanish throughout the hotel in a loud tone. I am fluent in Spanish and am reporting that the nature of these conversations should not be made amidst patrons. The vernacular and vulgarity are just inappropriate. Also much of the cleaning and kitchen staff were eating throughout the hotel rather than eating in assigned areas during their brakes. A kitchen worker dropped a tray of juice syrup and it splattered the syrup all over my shoes. She didn’t acknowledge this or even apologize. Lastly, I hung a do not disturb sign on my door and someone entered my room and left a can of chile in the microwave wave which I used throughout my stay. It seems to the eye that there is extremely poor supervision of suppprt staff at this hotel. I will not recommend this place to my friends or family.

Hotel was clean! Staff were all nice. Check in and out were very pleasant. The only thing that I have to say negative is that housekeeping knocked on our door at 9AM to clean our room. Check out is at 11:00. We had two more hours. Also, I think the breakfast area could be a tad bit cleaner and organized. It was a hot mess by the waffle maker. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. If I’m ever in Little Rock I would definitely stay again.
