This is my GO-TO property for entertaining friends and clients when fishing the White River. I always get "how did you find this place!?" If you have downtime staying here, it's because you chose to. The property is equipped to entertain, WOW the guests with all of it's amenities, and is spotless clean. Any questions or issues that may arise are handled immediately with a quick call or text to Leslie. 10/10 recommend.

This is our second year in a row staying here for a fishing trip. The place has everything you could possibly want, it lacks for nothing!Great location, walking distance to the fly shop and The Sands restaurant.

Our stay at The Cotter Fish and Game in Cotter, AR was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home—spacious and ideal for our group. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White River. The kitchen was well‑equipped, the living areas comfortable, and the firepit on the deck was a highlight at night.
