This home was perfect place for our family and for our fur babies. The house was spacious with a nice fenced in backyard. Plenty of area for my youngest to play. Ginger the owner has done a wonderful job on making sure the house is well maintained and comfortable. She made sure to check in with us and answer any questions.

W had a nice stay in Summerville with our two bernadoodles. The fenced backyard and house was dog friendly and perfect for my wife and me. We loved the local trails, Low County Fish Camp, old downtown Summerville and Harris-Teeter Grocery Store. Ginger was an outstanding host and made sure everything was perfect for us.

Everything was exactly as shown and decribed. Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen plates, cups, utensils etc. From the day I made the reservation Ginger (the home host) was in constant contact with me offering suggestions for activities as well as explaining the check jn. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay! Home had everything we needed to make meals when we stayed in. Location also great for going out and Ginger left great information about restaurants and fun things to do in the area and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Ginger is the most caring and hands on host we’ve ever dealt with. She goes out of her way to welcome you and keep in touch throughout your stay. The home is comfortably appointed and well stocked. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus for our dog, giving him a chance to enjoy some off leash time. Grocery stores, parks, restaurants, gas stations, etc are all close by.

Ginger is a SUPER HOST! We were very comfortable staying in this home. The Master bedroom mattress very comfortable for our 5 night stay. Although we did not cook there, the kitchen was very well equipped. I really enjoyed the decor and furnishings that were different textures of wood, metal, wicker and fabrics. Pet friendly with a 6 foot privacy fence, too bad we didn’t bring our furry friends with us! Great communication with the owner. She left fresh flowers & a snack/fruit bowl on the kitchen island. Very clear instructions in the binder as well as restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Ginger's place. We were relocating from out of state, and needed a place to stay before we closed on our home. Her place was cozy, clean, and a perfect fit for our family. She was also very responsive when we needed anything. I HIGHLY recommend her place!

Very clean and nice place that suited our family needs perfectly. There were 5 adults and 1 dog.and the home was clean and comfortable for all of us. Ginger was a great host- very responsive to all my questions prior to our arrival. When we checked there there was a bowl of fresh fruit and snacks on the kitchen island along with a vase of fresh flowers. What a nice touch! Would highly recommend this home!

We stayed at this lovely renovated home this past weekend with our two pups for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The property owner was excellent to work with. She was easy to communicate with and was very helpful during the whole process. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is also located near many restaurants and just a short drive to get he downtown Summerville area. The owner provides a very detailed book of restaurant suggestions and activities. I will rent from her again in the future.

Ginger and her home were fantastic for me and a few family members. The house was incredibly clean and tidy, well appointed, and overall comfortable. Ginger went out of her way to periodically check in, which was I was very appreciative for. Although we had no issues where we needed Ginger’s support to resolve, if we had I’m confident Ginger would have been quick to support and resolve. I would certainly book again!

We were there during a few festivals going on in Summerville and Charleston, so the towns were bustling. Ginger's recommended restaurants were delicious. My personal favorite was Oscars! Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the Summerville/Charleston area.

Ginger is an amazing host. The house was very clean and she was extremely responsive to our needs and any issues (not that there were many). One thing to note that wasn’t obvious from pictures is that the floors are concrete. I had to buy slippers because while there were some rugs, most of the floors were bare concrete which is great if you have pets.

Cute little home, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We selected this home because is was near Charleston and near Palmetto Fossil Excursions. It was near some great restaurants and grocery stores, but not the craziness of downtown Charleston. The home was well equipped with everything we needed- kitchen was nice, there were fresh flowers and a large bowl of snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! I highly recommend.

Ginger is the absolute best. The home was lovely in a nice quiet neighborhood and had anything you could need. She even provided a whole binder of things to do, places to eat/shop, etc. My wife thought the house was adorable and my children loved the yard and playing board games. Plenty of places just a few min drive away. Really couldn’t recommend this place more especially with such a great host. Hope to be back again!

Perfect experience! Ginger communicated well throughout the whole experience, the home was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show, we loved having a fenced in yard for our dogs, quiet neighborhood but close to a lot- I could go on!! It was the perfect stay! It was five of us, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Ginger the owner was the best hostess, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She not only made sure we were comfortable but had great recommendations if needed. The house is nicely located to get anywhere from Summerville to historic Charleston. We were there during a few festivals going on in Summerville and Charleston, so the towns were bustling. Ginger's recommended restaurants were delicious. My personal favorite was Oscars! It was the perfect stay! It was five of us, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Ginger the owner was the best hostess, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She not only made sure we were comfortable but had great recommendations if needed. The house is nicely located to get anywhere from Summerville to historic Charleston. Thank you Ginger for the best family trip!

Cute little home, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We selected this home because is was near Charleston and near Palmetto Fossil Excursions. It was near some great restaurants and grocery stores, but not the craziness of downtown Charleston. The home was well equipped with everything we needed- kitchen was nice, there were fresh flowers and a large bowl of snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! I highly recommend.

We stayed at this lovely renovated home this past weekend with our two pups for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The property owner was excellent to work with. She was easy to communicate with and was very helpful during the whole process. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is also located near many restaurants and just a short drive to get he downtown Summerville area. The owner provides a very detailed book of restaurant suggestions and activities. I will rent from her again in the future.

We were in Summerville for a family wedding. Ginger was wonderful to work with. The property was in a great location, close to amenities, but far enough away that there was no issues with traffic getting in or out (a rarity for Summerville these days)! The yard was perfect for the dogs, the bed was extremely comfortable- we couldn't ask for more!

Ginger is the most caring and hands on host we’ve ever dealt with. She goes out of her way to welcome you and keep in touch throughout your stay. The home is comfortably appointed and well stocked. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus for our dog, giving him a chance to enjoy some off leash time. Grocery stores, parks, restaurants, gas stations, etc are all close by.

Very quiet neighborhood close to Publix grocery store. My sister and I had a nice relaxing stay. Ginger was very accomodating and quick to respond to questions. Her rates were very reasonable and comparable to what we would have spent at a hotel, but with a lot more room. Definately would recommend.

We LOVED our stay! I would stay here again if in town. It’s close to everything but in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The home was laid out very well and the pups enjoyed the fenced in yard. Exceeded our expectations

Ginger was a great helpful host. Her home was very clean. She was always available for any questions we had. She left a nice bottle of wine and snacks for us. The beds were very comfortable. We had soap and shampoo, etc. Paper towels, some spices and anything else you might need. The home was well equipped.
