Just as the listing states, it is about a 5 min walk to the beach. It was clean and and quiet once the pool closes at 10. The master bath is pretty tight so keep that in mind.

I RENTED THIS BEACH RENTAL WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS HERE VISITING FROM NEW YORK. IT WAS PERFECT FOR THEM. QUIET LOCATION, HAS A GREAT VIEW AND IS VERY CLOSE TO THE OCEAN. SHE ENJOYED DRINKING HER COFFEE ON THE BALCONY WHILE LISTENING TO THE OCEAN AND SHE EVEN GOT TO SEE SOME DOLPHINS PLAYING FROM THE BALCONY. WEATHER DID NOT ALLOW THEM TO ENJOY ALL THE AMENITIES BUT THEY WERE CLOSE TO FORT MACON, AND SURF SHOPS. THE OWNERS WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU COULD THINK OF AND THEN SOME. EACH ROOM HAS A TV IN IT AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS UNIT AGAIN.
