Apartment clean, great location. The size of the apartment way smaller than expected. We had to use the expandable sofa bed in the living room and there was almost no room left. Very disappointed with the Check-in process. The company that manages the property have asked initially to receive a selfie from me with my id and credit card. It was only after I’ve reached out directly to Vrbo customer service when they were ok with me sending just a copy of my id and the credit card. The thing with the selfie made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I was almost ready to cancel the reservation.

We stayed for two days in a family trip. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to transit. It’s a bit far from the nearest grocery shop since we didn’t drive. The room is clean and well organized. Check/in was very easy. Kitchen appliances were well maintained. The bathroom is surely a bit small to use. The sink is very shallow and we had to leave our toothbrush and skincare products outside of the bathroom. One week before our stay I have communicated with the manager and asked if we could get a hot water kettle for making tea. We never got the reply on if it would be provided. And of course there wasn’t a kettle during our stay. So I would recommend better communication. Overall it is a nice location and clean house to stay.

Just as advertised. Very clean and cozy basement. The only drawback was the squeaky floors above the bedroom when the upstairs residents walked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom sink had low water pressure but was fixed after two days. Both AC units need repairs. The one in the bedroom was so noisy it affected our sleep. They were checked and parts were ordered but it affected our comfort obviously. Management was responsive when issues were reported.

Next to Metro station that you must use to go a market or restaurant none around property. Place was clean inside but when it rains water sits in front of entrance, mosquitoes abound. Kitchen well equipped except toaster. No human contact or info other than extensive automated emails. Sofa bed needs updating. WiFi spotty. Washer & dryer excellent. Noise from upstairs. Overall OK

Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location. The hosts were extremely attentive. They even checked in on us while we were there. Everything was as advertised. The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright. The kitchen was very well stocked with all equipment needed too cook. All amenities we needed were at our fingertips, and the check-in process was seamless. Professionally managed every step of the way.
