Quick trip for multiple couples for a birthday - spacious and love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The games down stairs were a bonus for the guys to play poker and pool, the only down fall was that the darts to the dart board were all broken. The view from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking! Which it was spring or fall as I am sure that would be even more amazing.

We had a group of 8 for an offsite business meeting. Everything was wonderful! Check-in was easy, the house was beautiful, immaculate and in a great location. It had everything we needed and a fantastic balcony. We all really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were down for an annual guys golf trip and this property was perfect. The pool table and poker table in the basement were huge hits. Would strongly recommend this property!

Property is an excellent rental house for large groups in the Pinehurst area for a golf trip. Our group was eight couples and it worked perfectly. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Kitchen/dining facilities are more than adequate, as well as several common leisure areas, including a well-equipped basement game area. Highly recomment.

The house was great, a little dated but very comfortable for 8 friends golfing. Great space and game room. A few minor issues, could have been cleaned a little better, coffee carafe did not fit machine, no stove exhaust, wet and dirty deck furniture and could have used a pot scrubber. Fine accommodations for a large group. Peasant balcony overlooking the golf course where to relax with a cocktail. Indoor space is more than adequate. Some minor repairs necessary: I suggest the property manager makes sure all light bulbs are working, bathroom fixtures secure and all TV's operational. These are minor issues, but necessary to correct. Our group would not hesitate to return. I hope we do!

The property is great but it's the concierge service that brings the value to this property. Rosa went above and beyond to help us and answered all of my many questions and help connect us to the best vendors in the area. We found out that the dishwasher was broken as we were arriving but they brought over plastic utensils and paper plates. We had our dinner catered so it didn't affect our experience and were having it fixed. The house is very nice and the pictures are accurate. There are lots of little extras included to add to your stay. We highly recommend this house, and the entire group at the rental company. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time at Kenwood Villa. The rooms were spacious and well laid out for our party of 16, but the decor is strange in the house (living room especially). Some rooms seem to have been updated, but other rooms had weird curtains and bed spreads/pillows ... but you get over it easily with the incredible view from the house on the course and the quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and the company that catered in our dinner one night was amazing (owner suggested them). We did a couples trip and while husbands golfed, the wives shopped, ate and did the Pinehurst Spa (highly recommend a half day there). The basement of the house was where we hung out the entire time, it's set up really well with lots to do (cards, games and pool table + a nice bar). A hot tub or even a fire pit or fire table for guests would've been a nice addition to this home as there's a lot of outdoor patio space.

Property was exactly as advertised and comfortably fit our group of 12 adult men. Place was immaculate, location was excellent for our trip, and located right on the golf course with an amazing view. Will definitely stay again when with a large group in the area.

Location is great to all the pinehurst golf courses. I did ding 1 star off cleanliness, the deck was full of pine straws and can tell the deck is on its last leg. Poker table also had a bunch of crumbs.

The property is great but it's the concierge service that brings the value to this property. Rosa went above and beyond to help us and answered all of my many questions and help connect us to the best vendors in the area. We found out that the dishwasher was broken as we were arriving but they brought over plastic utensils and paper plates. We had our dinner catered so it didn't affect our experience and were having it fixed. The house is very nice and the pictures are accurate. There are lots of little extras included to add to your stay. We highly recommend this house, and the entire group at the rental company. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

This house was perfect for 8 guys, everyone had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. You can easily sleep many more in the house, as many of the rooms had 2 large beds. We will be back

This is the second year we had our annual executive two-day planning meeting at Kenwood Villa. The house is spacious, we all had our own rooms and enjoyed the game room after a long day of discussion. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. Great property!

Great house! Great hosts! Such a fun space. Great communication. Had everything we needed we had 20 people sleep there and everyone was comfortable. Had a couple roll away beds we used too which were so nice to have as options. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. The master bedroom is divine. Love that all the rooms had their own bathrooms. Plus a half bath on the main floor. Everything went so smoothly. Perfect location for our get together

We have enjoyed every bit of this villa, tucked away between pine trees and equipped with all we needed. The villa has three bedrooms, a kitchen and a game room (pool table, darts, poker table) in the basement, three bedrooms on the second floor, a master suite, dining room and living room and kitchen on the first floor, and a loft bedroom. Some bedrooms have two queen beds. Each room has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower. There are tables and chairs outside, and a grill for those who want to cook. Fresh towels and toiletries in every bathroom. Clean bedsheets and extra pillows; speaking of clean, the vila was spotless and modern furnished. The kitchen is equipped with two coffee machines, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and oven, plenty silverware, cups, glasses and plates and, for those interested in cooking, pots, pans and the likes. Literally we lacked nothing. The rental property management kept in touch with us every day, and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Bring your family and friends, you wont regret it.

This is the second year we had our annual executive two-day planning meeting at Kenwood Villa. The house is spacious, we all had our own rooms and enjoyed the game room after a long day of discussion. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. Great property!

We had a group of 8 for an offsite business meeting. Everything was wonderful! Check-in was easy, the house was beautiful, immaculate and in a great location. It had everything we needed and a fantastic balcony. We all really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Fine accommodations for a large group. Peasant balcony overlooking the golf course where to relax with a cocktail. Indoor space is more than adequate. Some minor repairs necessary: I suggest the property manager makes sure all light bulbs are working, bathroom fixtures secure and all TV's operational. These are minor issues, but necessary to correct. Our group would not hesitate to return. I hope we do!

Property was exactly as advertised and comfortably fit our group of 12 adult men. Place was immaculate, location was excellent for our trip, and located right on the golf course with an amazing view. Will definitely stay again when with a large group in the area.

Location is great to all the pinehurst golf courses. I did ding 1 star off cleanliness, the deck was full of pine straws and can tell the deck is on its last leg. Poker table also had a bunch of crumbs.

Just a beautiful property perfect for a golf trip. We had a group of 12 and have nothing but great things to say. Checks all the boxes, including plenty of space for 12, remarkable game room, responsive host and great location.

Property is an excellent rental house for large groups in the Pinehurst area for a golf trip. Our group was eight couples and it worked perfectly. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Kitchen/dining facilities are more than adequate, as well as several common leisure areas, including a well-equipped basement game area. Highly recomment.

The house was great, a little dated but very comfortable for 8 friends golfing. Great space and game room. A few minor issues, could have been cleaned a little better, coffee carafe did not fit machine, no stove exhaust, wet and dirty deck furniture and could have used a pot scrubber. The property is great but it's the concierge service that brings the value to this property. Rosa went above and beyond to help us and answered all of my many questions and help connect us to the best vendors in the area. We found out that the dishwasher was broken as we were arriving but they brought over plastic utensils and paper plates. We had our dinner catered so it didn't affect our experience and were having it fixed. The house is very nice and the pictures are accurate. There are lots of little extras included to add to your stay. We highly recommend this house, and the entire group at the rental company. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

The property is outstanding. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The lower level pool table and card table is excellent for a group trip. All of the rooms were clean and the space lent itself very well for large groups to congregate. An excellent place to stay for large groups.

Anthony Muller and the team at Luxury Rentals of Carolina were fantastic to work with from booking to checkout. The house is located in the Forest Creek Golf Club community which is convenient to both Pinehurst Village and Southern Pines, and was perfect for our group of eight senior golfers, half from the US and half from England. The house was clean, well appointed, with plenty of room for relaxing or taking advantage of the large game room on the lower floor. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great house for hosting big groups. Very spacious and has entertainment options as well for communal spaces downstairs (pool, poker, etc). While we were only here one night before our trip at Pinehurst, the neighborhood was very nice. Generally speaking, this was a dreamhouse in 2001. While it's bit dated, it's a very comfortable rental. On a warm spring night, the AC worked great and it accommodated all of us! Frankly, as a bunch of guys who ordered pizza and had a few beers for one-night stay, it fit the bill! A few things I took small issue with if being nitpicky:1) We were told we could check in early, which we appreciated! There may have been a miscom with the cleaners who arrived while we were getting settled around the orig check-in time. Towels wet in the dryer still, dishes dirty in the dishwasher. The cleaners asked me which rooms need to be ready. When I replied "All of them please" because we have a group of 16, they scoffed as if that was a ridiculous request to have 10 or so rooms ready by which we paid for. 2) The Wifi password is slightly off as advertised, so given there is very spotty cell service at forest creek, it's something which can be stressful for newcomers coordinating dinner delivery for a group. We were able to figure it out with caps, but please revise signage for future groups.3) Cushions on upstairs deck were wet and/or dirty laying on ground making it un-useable. Perhaps storage for cushions with directions for retrieval or cover?
