Very good. Two teenagers and moms were there for softball. Very comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We struggled with the door code at first but they helped us immediately! Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Thank you!

Linens were lacking. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets. Appreciate the Pike Place coffee pods. No shampoo just conditioner. Would have appreciated more places to put stuff in bedrooms. Only bedside night stand and had to put personal items on the floor. Would have appreciated knowing that one bedroom was bunk beds. Otherwise nice and clean.

Location was great. Appreciated fast communication when we had questions. Kitchen is well stocked. Mattresses are hard and upstairs furniture/rugs could be cleaned/updated. The downstairs area is very nice!

Our family spent the weekend here to celebrate graduation from KU. It was a great location, 30 minute drive to campus. The house has beautiful open common spaces. Don’t miss the separate basement living area accessible from the garage. It’s a nice lower level space with a full bath and the laundry area. The whole place was exceptionally clean. Well stocked pantry items, if you’re cooking in. Backyard is gorgeous and flat — room to run :). There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, churches, walking paths nearby. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area with a group. We had 7-8 adult size family members together over the weekend with room to spare and plenty of bathrooms.

This is the second year we have stayed at the property. The house is always clean, nice furniture, nice appliances and a coffee maker. Bedding and towels smelled fresh and clean. Owners were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the house from September 12 - 15, 2024. The house is in a great area and convenient to many attractions. The owner provided extra trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid. We washed our own dishes, because the dishwasher has an odor. The washer/dryer/bathroom area on the lower level has an odor. We were inundated with flies on Thursday when we arrived. They were in the bedrooms and throughout the main level. We killed quite a few Thursday night and Friday morning. We contacted the owner of the house late Thursday night, detailing the problem and requesting that they call us on Friday to discuss the issue and how they were going to address the problem. The owner never called us and only messaged us through VRBO. The owner told us they use an exterminator for the house. They provided us a bug zapper. We arrived back at the house late on Friday and kept the bug zapper plugged in the rest of the weekend. We did not receive a call, nor did the owners stop by to inspect the problem, nor did they offer for the exterminator to come to the house. The fly problem was better on Friday night. When we returned to the house late Saturday, we continued to battle flies throughout the night. There was only one dish towel for the kitchen. There was glitter all over the nightstand in the upper bedroom as well as the baseboards and some of the floor of the upper bathroom.

We did a girls night for a bachelorette and it was very nice. Clean and up to date. Easy parking and check in. Communication was also good.

This property is in a nice, quiet, very clean neighborhood. House was great, plenty of room, very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

House is lovely. No soap or body wash in the showers which was not communicated. Only 1 wine glass so we bought some and left for next guests. Lots of steps, need to climb them for bathrooms and bedrooms which was difficult for some of our party. Overall comfortable house which was in a good location for our scheduled activities.

The house was perfect and so homey. It was spotless and had more than enough room for everyone. The basement family area was perfect for watching tv. Beds were comfortable and had 3 bathrooms which was perfect for everyone to get ready for the wedding. Will stay here again.

Place worked out great for our son’s graduation. Clean, spacious.

Family get-together. ISU vs Kansas football game at Arrowhead. Great place to stay. Near enough to all activities. Nice clean, spacious enough for 11 people.

Clean and easy access to all of the family as well as the interstate system. Trilevel arrangement of bedrooms helped with different bedtimes and noise reduction. Basement with large screen television was helpful for nighttime viewing while others slept. Hosts easy to text with and answer swiftly.

The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee.

We were 7 women from our family on a girls shopping weekend. We found the house very comfortable and convenient for our needs. I had one question on arrival and it was answered immediately.

This home is as advertised and the location in Overland Park is close to so many great stores and restaurants. Joe & Melissa responded right away to my messages. Plenty of room to spread out, don’t miss the bonus room through the door in the garage 😎

Communication with Joe and Melissa was very good-they were quick to answer any questions I had. I left a coat at the VRBO and they were very helpful with me getting it back. Lots of room for a big group.
