Quiet Cul-De-Sac 4 Bedroom Home with Pool & Hot tub

I’m a vendor at big events and we booked this place to stay because it could accommodate my entire staff and I. It was nice having the large driveway, oool and hot tub and all had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. I would like to book again this year.

There were a couple of small issues, but the host was extremely helpful, communicative (both via VRBO and over text), and came over at the drop of a hat when needed. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is in the middle of the main road grid, so it's VERY quiet with barely any traffic. The big ranch is very spread out with lots of room to relax and to gather for meals, and a great big couch with TV in the living room. The yard is really big and it's so quiet when you're outside at any time of the day.

We recently visited Mesa and were delighted with this 4 bedroom home. Dale was very easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to help us be comfortable. There was a tiny problem with the lights in the kitchen, and he sent someone out right away to help us get it fixed. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we didn't have any problem with the hot water that another reviewer mentioned. A huge benefit is the attached garage--very nice when it was 115 degrees outside! My only minor suggestion to the owner is to maybe provide a few more, thicker towels. There really weren't enough for all of us if we used the pool. Overall, however, we were very happy with our choice of rental home for our family gathering.

We enjoyed the yard and the pool and the home size and location were great. However the pool table is basically unusable with the lack of billiard accessories, so we bought a pool stick of our own.The bathroom upgrades were done poorly and main shower is hard to operate. Also the garage door is in very poor operating condition. Also not s fan of camera's in guest areas, as well as over communications with property manager and a list of additional charges and terms takes away from the vacation experience. Less is more.

The house was perfect. Check in and out process was easy. Owner was responsive to any question or requests. Tons of parking in the driveway. Hot tub and pool were nice.

The house is older, but has been remodeled. The beds are comfortable. It has a lot of nice additions (hot tub, pool, pool table). The host is very responsive. We would stay here again.

The grass was nice to do exercise and stretching. The pool was nice and clean and the spa was warm.

Pool, hot tub, pool table, great location, roomy, clean, great location, lots of kitchenware and appliances to use, fast communication. Just great all around.

House worked great for 10 people. Our kids used the hot tub, unfortunately it was too cold (Jan) to use the pool. Dale was great to work with. Location was good. Looking forward to going back when it’s a little warmer so we can use the pool. :)

Nice winter getaway for a few days. House had everything we needed. Hot tub was enjoyable for the cooler weather we had. We had enough rooms and beds for our kids. We enjoyed the pool table also.

Negatives: truly unclean floors (black feet without shoes) ROACHES coming out of stove while cooking - mostly with oven! Truly thick dust on middle bedroom ceiling fan. Looks like it had never been cleaned. Shower heads were terrible and spraying on different directions. Was not replaced when told property manager-MAY have been slightly brushed off? Air conditioning locked on 72-74. Was able to get property manager to unlock for cooler nighttime temperature. Lattice around patio barely hanging on. Definitely neglected property! Positive: Has potential with enough space if it would be taken care of properly. Not the best neighborhood, but was okay. Will NOT stay here again. I do NOT recommend this property!

Overall, this property was in a wonderful location. Plenty of space for our whole family, there were five adults and four children. Dale was extremely responsive and available when needed. He was a great host. Overall we liked the home and thought it was a great space, but there were some issues we ran into: - cleanliness: the floor seemed like it hadn't been swept or mopped prior to our arrival. We found crumbs and all had black feet within minutes of taking off our shoes and the mop at the house was pretty gross and not usable. We found dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers, several of the mirrors were dirty, and we actually had to wipe down the walls ourselves because we found what looked to be beverage spills on them. - Electric: we were unable to use the dryer because anytime we attempted, it tripped the breaker. Dale was very helpful with helping us figure out that the breaker was tripped, but unfortunately it happened every time we turned the dryer on so we ended up just air drying our clothes. If the electrical issues could be fixed and the cleaning issues addressed, this would 100% be a 5 star stay, even given the aforementioned issues I'd recommend this place.

This was perfect my large family. We were in town for my grandmother’s celebration of life along with lots of other family. Everyone was jealous of our digs. Big comfy beds, lots of seating, multiple couches tables etc. There were four of us working remotely, using the Wi-Fi with zero issues. There were no wash clothes in the house, plenty of towels but not a single wash cloth. And only a few glasses which seemed weird considering how much seating and room there was for people. Didn’t effect our stay though, we had a great time and enjoyed our home away from home.

I stayed at this rental property with 5 students and another school sponsor while attending the National Debate Tournament in Phoenix and Mesa. There was plenty of space to accommodate us all, with hookups on the TVs for our Nintendo Switch so we could play multiplayer games in the evening to decompress after each day of competition. We had a few hiccups with some items not functioning when we arrived (dryer & dishwasher), but the owner responded quickly to all emails and had them fixed within 24 hours. Only one item of concern: there was no warm water in the master bathroom. The owner turned up the water heater for us and told us to let it run for 5-10 minutes to warm up, but it never really got above chilly/tepid (even after 20 minutes). It was tolerable, but shaving was a bit rough. I trust he'll get this looked at before future rentals, though.

It was great, lots of room. Only 2 bathrooms but worked out fine. Only 4 people most of the time. When kids stayed it was still 8 people total but not a problem for us.

We arrived a little late. Owner was pleasant and understanding. Easy to work with. It was a perfect location for the family to be together for an early Christmas gathering. Owner was amazing to work with. We were able to make great family memories!Highly recommend this location!

I booked this place about 8 months in advance for a bachelor party. Originally booked Thursday-Monday of SB week and WMO. Got a nice house and great price. I asked to add an additional day and the owner agreed for $150 more. About a week before I was about to fly out with 8 others. J reached out and he said that I didn’t have the place for the wends day night like I originally paid for. Dale stated it was double booked. If I didn’t ask we would of been without a place. He refunded me $150 at first until I expressed concerns over finding a place for 8 people with less than a week to arriving on the busiest weekend of the year in Phoenix. Dale did help me find a place that was less than ideal because it messed up some of our original plans and cost us more money in terms of transportation. Dale ended up giving me an extra $100 back. Now to the house. The house was just as listed. He said for the inconvenience he would give us 1 free night of a heated pool. The pool never got up to temperature and that’s where all the creepiness started. Dale the owner would show up at the house at like 5:30am-6:30am DAILY…We would also find Dale walking in the back yard at 8:30pm-10:30pm. It was super creepy and we had 8 guys at the house. I could only imagine if it would of been a house full of women how uncomfortable they would of felt. Dale claimed it was to test the pool temperature, it wouldn’t have been as creepy if he would of communicated these things. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Dale the property manager was awesome he responded to our request for extra Glasses and towels . He is very friendly and accommodating.

The property is great check in & check out was very easy, beautiful home ,just what we were looking for everything about this property was wonderful & we really enjoyed it there was 6 adults & 2 children , if We have another family gathering I would recommend this property.
