Guests like the ample parking and garage access, as well as the fenced backyard for pets, though small gaps under the fence are noted. Several reviews mention limited kitchenware, a small charcoal grill, and little or no outdoor furniture, which can make cooking or dining at home less convenient. A few note streaming-only TVs with no local channels, occasional exterior landscaping or carpet odors, and isolated cleanliness issues in showers. It suits families and groups seeking a comfortable home setting and solid value.

Stayed for the evening after a round of golf with my friends. Clean place, great beds, nice kitchen. Worked for our needs. Wish they had a bigger grille vs the tailgate version available.

Price is very good for what you get! 4 bedroom plus office with futon. Clean. Spacious. Private yard. Nice appliances, huge TV. Could use more dinnerware, utensils and drinkware, towels. Grill is charcoal and small. No outdoor furniture. Owner was super helpful with lock problems several times. Very responsive!

This home is very nice, large enough for families but also cozy for just two. It does have a fenced backyard which was nice for our pup, although the gap below the gate might allow the smaller pups to wiggle out. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests, thanks!

The property was nice as described on the website. The yard needed to be cut. However, I know Florida has lots of rain. So maybe the grass grew back fast. Love that all the rooms had televisions. Was in town for a family reunion. After being out to family Events, it was nice to come back to to a home like environment instead of the hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we had plenty of room for our vehicles. It was a little farther away from the bike week stuff than we would have liked but that's not the property's fault. Overall it was a very nice place and I would recommend others to stay there.

Property was very clean, easy checkin and out. Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating

This place is a great place to stay while in Florida. The house was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor things that is helpful to know, The Main TV is streaming only so I couldn't watch broadcast TV. There's no remote for the TV so you had to push the buttons under it to put it on and change the volume. We couldn't get any TV's in the bedrooms to work. The Futon in the bedroom/office had loose legs so I had to tighten them before we could use it. There was a broken post on a headboard that kept moving, The previous people left food in the cabinet. The shower head in the Master Bedroom didn't have a lot of pressure so it was a mild shower. I didn't have the e-mail and couldn't remember the checkout procedure with the linens so it would have been nice to have a checkout list posted somewhere. Also I didn't know when the garbage went out or if there were recycling laws. Overall the place is an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it and stay there again.

The house was clean and ready for us when we got there! The house was spacious and we certainly did not feel crammed in with 7 adults and an infant. The second refrigerator was a savior since we had family bring us food and goods to go home with. About the host, I reached out to him to make sure we weren’t going to get cancelled like another host did to us, to ensure our last Christmas with my parents were secured. He was quick to reply and secured the dates. Thank you again Daniel!

Overall the wife and I had a very nice time.We stayed for 6-weeks and our Kids and grandchildren joined us for a week.Good: Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the furniture and the TV in the living room was very nice, Kitchen was large and also very nice and a fenced in yard.Could use some improvements: Carpets in bedrooms either need to be replaced or removed, minor smells. Fenced in yard has a couple of locations that small dogs can get through (we just put a board up that we found in garage). Other beds are not very comfortable and should be replaced. NO local channels on TV's but there were plenty of available streaming channels on all TV,s except in one bedroom.

The house is located in a very quiet neighorhood but is close to shopping and restaurants. Flagler Beach is a short drive away. Communication with owner was great and he was quick to reply to any request. I would definitely choose this house if in the Palm Coast area in the future, and would recommend to family and friends. watotoreplyrequestreqwould definitely choose this house

Another great family stay at this property. We enjoyed it so much the first time we’ve come back again. We will definitely be back in the future. Daniel was an excellent host. The property is in a very convenient location to shopping beach, restaurants, etc. Can’t wait to come again, thank you so much Daniel

Spent 3 weeks at this house in March 2025. The house is very spacious and is exactly as it appears in photos.

We stayed for biketoberfest 2024. Home waa very clean and easily accessable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Driveway was longer than usual which was nice. The garage was available for use and was large enough to accomidate the motorcycles. Nice backyard. All the extras available for this home was much appreciated! Communication waa excellent with owner!!

Very nice house, clean and as described. The sleep number master bed was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well. Also very close to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We brought a disabled Vet to Daytona for the race weekend. His brother came with him as his caretaker, so the 4 bedrooms worked great. Location and amenities of the house was great for our group! House is super nice also!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we had plenty of room for our vehicles. It was a little farther away from the bike week stuff than we would have liked but that's not the property's fault. Overall it was a very nice place and I would recommend others to stay there.

This was our second stay at this home. The owner was very easy to deal with and communication for check in went smoothly. House shows as it appears in photos. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located. Would stay here again, and recommend to family and friends.

Very gracious host. Amenities were nice. Minor repairs (towel hanger in main bathroom kept falling off) may be due - but VRBOs are often abused by those who stay. It’s a lovely home and our dogs had room to roam. We won’t hesitate to rent again.
