Excellent stay. Clean, nice neighborhood and quiet. This vrbo is well organized, from the checkin to the checkout. Kitchen is well stocked, and garage parking is very convenient. Internet was blazing fast and the pool was close. Overall a great stay and a great value!

Loved staying at this property. We were in town for a family milestone birthday, and this was the perfect location for us. It is an easy walk (15-17 minutes) to Agritopia and SO MANY great restaurants. It's also a great location to jump on the freeway and be in other parts of the greater Phoenix area. The house comes with everything you need-a fully supplied kitchen, plenty of towels, washer and dryer, etc. We appreciated the nice touches like the white noise machines and luggage stands in every room. The neighborhood is nice, safe, and very quiet, and the check-in process was easy. We had a wonderful time!

Spent two nights. Was in a great location to restaurants, shopping and airport. Clean townhome although the carpets needed cleaned or replaced in the upstairs area. Very dirty. Reached out to host who said they were made aware and would be professionally cleaned. Beds are hard. Cute furniture but if you are "older" they do sit close to ground and not comfortable. Like the coffee amenities and extra towels and blankets. Welcome snack was one small bag of popcorn for 4 guests. Like having garage door access and remote.

This "G-town" house was perfect for us since we were flying in and out of the Mesa Gateway airport using Allegiant Airlines. Even at leaving 4:30 in the morning we had no problems navigating to the rental car drop (I think it was a total of 4 turns). The host had everything you would need. The pool pictured in the description is actually a neighborhood pool located a couple blocks away with limited access by key. The day we used it we had the place to ourselves. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, which was not an issue for us. The master bedroom is huge with a full bath.

Brandon is great at communicating when I had questions. The home is very clean, well supplied with linens, kitchen items and utensils. The location is easy to get to everything. There isn’t a lot of outdoor/yard space if that’s something that is important. I spent a lot of time away from the house except in the afternoon or evening and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this home with a co-worker for a quick work trip to the area. The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we need and was well organized and labeled. There were extra linens and paper supplies. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood is great. Will stay here again when in town for work.

Our second time staying at G-Town and loved it! Super clean with plenty of extra linens, towels and a stocked bathroom. Staying here is just like staying at home. There are spices and coffee stocked, so cooking isn’t a hassle. Definitely would stay again!!!

We enjoyed such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The decor and furnishings were cute. They put a lot of thought into little details like the sound machines in bedrooms and ceiling fan remotes. The condo was well stocked and functional for guests with babies, although I didn't have any babies with me. The house is super clean and well organized. The real beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen had excellent gear and appliances. Conveniently located by the freeway. Lovely community with parks and a pool. The hosts responded quickly. Easy in and out process. The 11am checkout made the morning extra relaxed while trying to get on the road. As for constructive feedback, the futons were inadequate as beds for large children or adults.

We loved this home! Perfect location for visiting family in the East Valley (and close to freeways to anywhere). Bedrooms are upstairs, with TV on ground floor - perfect for those who want to stay up and watch movies w/out waking up others. Brandon is super responsive and kind, I felt very comfortable communicating w him. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great location, beautifully decorated - Master bedroom is ginormous, could totally put another bed in there! House was regulated on the A/C and it was rather warm in the house when we arrived - you can get in touch with the owners to adjust, but seems like a hassle so we just left and came back when it was cooler outside. Sleeping arrangements were interesting, says it sleeps 6 but I\'d be hard pressed to put more than 4 people in this place. We had 5 and one slept on the floor as the "futon" was just not an option. Other than the sleeping arrangements, the place is easily accessible, decorated nice.

It was great! Very clean. Had trouble with app to get informationon unit. Would recommend a hard copy back up on some of important info like WiFi passwords, how you want to handle temperature requests and how to use electric kettle. Very responsive, but I am sure it was annoying for the owner.

Loved staying at this property. We were in town for a family milestone birthday, and this was the perfect location for us. It is an easy walk (15-17 minutes) to Agritopia and SO MANY great restaurants. It's also a great location to jump on the freeway and be in other parts of the greater Phoenix area. The house comes with everything you need-a fully supplied kitchen, plenty of towels, washer and dryer, etc. We appreciated the nice touches like the white noise machines and luggage stands in every room. The neighborhood is nice, safe, and very quiet, and the check-in process was easy. We had a wonderful time!

Brandon is great at communicating when I had questions. The home is very clean, well supplied with linens, kitchen items and utensils. The location is easy to get to everything. There isn’t a lot of outdoor/yard space if that’s something that is important. I spent a lot of time away from the house except in the afternoon or evening and would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean, quiet, easy check in and check out, everything worked and we had no issues. Great location to San Tan shops and getting on the 202. The bedrooms are up stairs and that worked out okay too. It was a nice added touch to have sound machines in the bedrooms. Although, I always bring my own. I would stay here again.

This "G-town" house was perfect for us since we were flying in and out of the Mesa Gateway airport using Allegiant Airlines. Even at leaving 4:30 in the morning we had no problems navigating to the rental car drop (I think it was a total of 4 turns). The host had everything you would need. The pool pictured in the description is actually a neighborhood pool located a couple blocks away with limited access by key. The day we used it we had the place to ourselves. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, which was not an issue for us. The master bedroom is huge with a full bath.

Overall my stay was great. A little concerned when I arrived and there was no running water. Water turned on approx 3 hours after initial contact Great neighborhood but new fiber optics being put in and several times could not exit driveway. No warning about very loud construction One morning could not exit either door due to construction which owner had no control over

We enjoyed such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The decor and furnishings were cute. They put a lot of thought into little details like the sound machines in bedrooms and ceiling fan remotes. The condo was well stocked and functional for guests with babies, although I didn't have any babies with me. The house is super clean and well organized. The real beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen had excellent gear and appliances. Conveniently located by the freeway. Lovely community with parks and a pool. The hosts responded quickly. Easy in and out process. The 11am checkout made the morning extra relaxed while trying to get on the road. As for constructive feedback, the futons were inadequate as beds for large children or adults.

Excellent stay. Clean, nice neighborhood and quiet. This vrbo is well organized, from the checkin to the checkout. Kitchen is well stocked, and garage parking is very convenient. Internet was blazing fast and the pool was close. Overall a great stay and a great value!

Our second time staying at G-Town and loved it! Super clean with plenty of extra linens, towels and a stocked bathroom. Staying here is just like staying at home. There are spices and coffee stocked, so cooking isn’t a hassle. Definitely would stay again!!!

The communication, check in and out process and convenience of the location are a 5/5! The reason why we said a 4 is because the beds were not as comfortable as we anticipated from the reviews and we felt the carpet really needed to be replaced.

We very much enjoyed our weeklong stay in the house. The location of the house was perfectFor our agenda. We were 10 minutes away from our Pickleball camp at Gilbert regional Park. We were five to ten minutes from shops and restaurants. We took a day trip to the Oro Valley. We hiked in Phoenix twice.
