The pictures look better than reality. Pros: location! Walkable to everything and in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Cons: There was some construction going on a couple houses down so we couldn’t have the windows open. A couple of aggressive barking dogs across the street. The paper blinds are janky and one was broken in the bedroom. Plus, they smelled musty - you can smell them while laying in bed. The linens were not actually luxurious as advertised. The yard in the back was indeed not maintained as described- which is a shame because it’s a waste of such valuable space. It was overgrown with thorny bushes so even my dog wasn’t comfortable exploring back there. The water heater pilot light randomly went out so we had to call to figure out how to light it ourselves. The couch was really hard and uncomfortable. The bed was decent.
