Relaxing Downtown Castle Rock guest suite provides a quiet, walkable base near downtown, with a comfortable setup and welcoming hosts that many guests found ideal for short stays, sightseeing, and returning visits to the Castle Rock area.
Cleanliness stands out across reviews, with multiple mentions of spotless, well-cared-for spaces and fresh, modern touches. Common drawbacks are occasional footstep noise from the home above, a basement feel with lower ceilings, and an open-plan layout that limits privacy. Expect a straightforward, convenient base near downtown.

The owners were friendly and always asked if they could help. The suite is in the basement so you hear foot track from above. The ceiling height is a little low. Overall, it was well supplied with everything you can think of. The washer and dryer were an extra added feature that came in handy.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. 3 minutes from venue. Lots of places in walking distance. Nice outdoor space and great covered parking. Everything we needed in facility. Clean and comfortable

Owners were great. Place had everything you'd need & more. Very clean which I'm picky about nowadays. Only a half mile from tons of restaurants & shopping!

We enjoyed our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, I loved the natural light in the bathroom, great location and the place was nicely decorated. We had planned on cooking most of our meals there but there wasn’t a stovetop or electric skillet. There was a microwave and toaster oven to use. We were not aware that the couch was able to turn into a bed until our last night there. There isn’t much privacy since this is one open room. This would be perfect for a couple or sister’s trip!! There was a washer and dryer available, shampoo/conditioner and body soap dispenser in the shower and I loved the soaps for the bathroom and kitchen!! As someone with allergies I really appreciate they were natural fragrances I

Hosts were great with communication and made us feel very welcomed. The amenities were great and the place was well cared for. The floor is a little thin so you could hear when things were happening up stairs occasionally, but that did not affect our time or how pleased we were with our stay!

The property was clean and located near the downtown. However, we were disappointed that the one bedroom was not closed off from the rest of the kitchen/living room space. It is all open.Another thing that made the stay disappointing was the noise from the house above.

We were in Castle Rock for my daughters wedding. Their place was a perfect fit. the bed was comfortable, linens and towels were nice and it was nicely decorated. they even had a desk which was great since I was working remotely in the mornings. They were also great at responding when I had a question. I would definitely recommend staying there and would also stay again if I needed a place there again.

This was our first trip to the Denver area and we were so glad to find this place in Castle Rock. There was easy access to the freeway and great coffee shops near by for relaxing. Adam was very helpful when our GPS initially led us astray and responsive for any requests. So glad to have a quiet place to relax after exploring Denver.
