Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house or in a small parking lot behind the house. If street parking is unavailable, guests can park in the lot at the end of the alley on Fourth Street. No reservation is required.

The standard check-in time is 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available upon request, but additional costs may apply.

Pets are allowed, specifically dogs weighing less than 50 lbs, with a maximum of 2 pets total. A cleaning fee of $75 per dog applies. Service animals are exempt from this fee.
