Travellers choose Mapleway Manor, Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Theatre Room for its spacious home layout and standout amenities like the large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and theater room, which many families and groups praised for easy fun on-site.
Cleanliness and upkeep are mixed, with some guests finding the home spotless while others noted stained carpets, unclean floors, and exterior areas needing TLC. Several reviews mention a limited bathroom configuration and occasional maintenance quirks, and a few noted the pool may be unheated or the hot tub hard to warm. Hosts are described as responsive and helpful, though a couple of stays reported delayed check-in instructions and, at times, another occupied section of the property. Expect a roomy, activity-filled stay best suited to groups comfortable with a home-style property.

Facilities
The large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and theater room are the main draws and are widely enjoyed. Some report a cool/unheated pool, difficulty heating the hot tub, a limited bathroom setup, and occasional maintenance issues (e.g., missing slide).

Didn't realize we would only be renting a portion of the home. Weird to have other people living in the master suite that had been blocked off. There is no slide into pool as shown in the picture. There is a lot of deferred maintenance (shower curtains falling off, fridge doesn't work, handles falling off, etc.)

We had a great time. House is very large. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and theater room a lot. Pool was not heated but refreshing in the hot weather. Owner was easy to comminicate with for questions. House only had 1 full bathroom (tub/shower/toilet). Pool area had a small shower and toilet room and there was a toilet only bathroom in the theater. Wasnt a problem for our family but larger groups might be harder. Was a great getaway.

Our family including ages 3 to 75 enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and movie room! The house could benefit from some updating, especially the beds and linens. The listing should also be updated as there's no slide for the pool and we didn't see a futon in a common area. But the communication with the owners was great, and we had a lovely stay.

This estate is beautiful! We absolutely loved the indoor pool and theatre room! The house had everything we needed. Towels for the pool, shampoo and conditioner, pods for the coffee pot and even laundry soap! The backyard was perfect for our family gatherings while we were there! We will definitely be back!

The house is large which was nice, but the house is dirty, (stained carpets on the stairs and in the bedrooms) and the grounds have lots of weeds and not well kept. The only toilet on the ground floor is in the pool room, so if you're sleeping in the first floor bedroom you have to walk through the living room, through the kitchen, and out the pool room door to the bathroom. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was lukewarm. There's one bathroom upstairs with a shower for up to six people according to the bed situation. The other shower is in the pool room and the size of a postage stamp. Fortunately we were old high school buddies and had a wonderful time, but not because of out accommodations.

The Prado house was amazing!! We felt like we were at a resort with all of what the house had to offer! All needed kitchen items were there for cooking and the house was roomy for our group. 3 showers for the group was plenty and the washer and dryer was a huge plus since I need to wash uniforms. The boys were tired and sore from the football game and the pool was the perfect temperature for them to feel better. They loved the theater room and the pool. We couldn't figure out how to get the the hot tub temp up, but we were back late and I should have asked earlier. My fault. The patio was an awesome place for the moms to chill after a long day of travel and a whole day at the football stadium. The owners were responsive and so nice!

We were looking for another option to a hotel for our family to stay in during the WIAA State Basketball Tournament. This place was a great option. Owners were very easy to work with and the house was spacious. Our kids loved the indoor pool and movie room. The house was a little dated, but kept immaculate and everything was very comfortable and clean! We will definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Very clean, everything needed for cooking, great pool and air conditioning. It is a great home for a group. My 75 year old mom, husband and 18 year old daughter sleep here. My 3 other family members and 3 year old neice come to visit during the day and there is more than enough room!

The pool area was wonderful and the rest the home was nice and well equipped. The outside needs some TLC. Patio furniture was dirty, weeds flourished and the lawn was dry. Everyone enjoyed the theater room and there was space for everyone. It was disconcerting to have someone else living in a separate portion of the house. They were pretty quiet but we did hear some noise and and water running.

This House has it all! and Joe was helpful and kind. Our family came for a local event and for my daughter’s 17th Birthday. We enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, Cinema room and Played Pingpong. All of us shared the space comfortably with plenty of room to gather or spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. One note: If you like very firm/hard beds then the downstairs Queen & 2 twin beds are for you. If you don’t, then bring extra padding or fluffy blankets to put on the beds for extra padding. The upstairs Queen and Double beds are a little less firm. Otherwise this house is great fun and we will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The house is perfect. The only issue was getting the email with the instructions the code to get in. I had used this app several time and always get the information a few hours before the check in time. in this case I arrived at the house at 4pm (check in time). I haven’t received any emails yet send a message thru the app and got not response so I decide to contact the host by phone he give me the code to the lock and said that will send me the rest of the instructions thru email. The house is on a location where the internet doesn’t work that good so after waiting for three hours for the email I decide to contact the host once again requesting the information that in house the wifi name and password after a couple emails and messages direct to the host, no luck so I had to contact Vrbo directly so around 9pm I get my welcoming email.

The house was beautiful but there were little quirks throughout our stay so made it a little inconvenient to enjoy all the perks the property had to offer. Joe was however pretty quick to have them taken care of. There is a of stairs throughout the house and outside. ( would have been nice to have some safety rails). Overall we all had a wonderful time.

I reached out to the host before booking to ensure all was well with us coming to the house with our bridal party after our wedding. It was the perfect spot and the pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day! Check in details weren’t provided until after arrival which is understandable but we had to wait a few minutes which made me a little nervous! Would 100% book again just to hang out in the pool and enjoy ourselves!

House in a good, safe location. Need some updates. There are not 3-4 bathrooms as advertised. There is one bathroom upstairs and the pool room bathroom that is not convenient for the one bedroom and living space on the first floor and has an extra small shower only. The theater room is very cool. Big house that is okay.
