Good things - great setting, very picturesque, amenities in good shape (pool, hot tub, pool table, boat dock, etc.), very large home with plenty of space. The host was very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Bad things - in dire need of a DEEP cleaning and airing out! Lots of dust and a strong smell of mildew. You can tell the home has had some hard use - the main picture window had tinted film peeling off , several windows had drapery coming off the rods, furniture dinged up, etc. The entire home is very dark even with drapes pulled back and blinds up.

We had a great time. The home is beautiful, the view was amazing. Only minor things to comment on (ice maker was jammed in the kitchen, we couldn't find any trash bags. so we had to buy our own); the side by side was listed for use for 1 hr. included in our rental and then the day of arrival we were told we couldn't use it. Luckily we weren't really planning on the side by side as a major thing to do.

This was a great property for our family. Ages ranged between 2 years old to 80. There was some thing for everyone to enjoy. From boating on the lake to relaxing by the pool or even driving into town to see a show, we never had a dull moment! The Branson Landing is about a 15 minute drive and had many restaurants and shops. The town of Branson was an additional 10 minutes and had a museums, theme parks and lots of entertainment . The house is close enough to lots of action but far enough away that you don’t feel like you are vacationing in the middle of a downtown. The view from all patios was beautiful and really does provide a lake experience.
