Check in was awful. Code given was incorrect-not changed until the next day. We had to obtain alternate lodging at our expense that first night.

The space was adequate for the size of our group and the location was great. The resort offers a pool, playground, and outside games. The downsides were that it feels cheaply made (you can hear every voice & footstep loudly throughout the house), no toiletries were provided, lots of ants but no ant traps, visibly dirty bedding, very poor WiFi, and uncomfortable beds with cheap pillows and blankets.

We had the kids and grandkids in for the weekend. Wish the weather would have cooperated more but the house was great! Lots of room for us! They had an attack of ants, but who would have know that “Off” would help. Great location and if renting a boat, go to Baxter Marina! Highly recommend! They are great! Thank you!

House was the perfect set up for our family. 4 adults and 3 kids. We were right across from the pool and there was an awesome outdoor entertainment area. My kids had so much fun! There were no toiletries in the bathroom and no coffee grinder as mentioned in the ad, but the house had everything else that we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.
