No hot water in the shower. Parking lot was hit by a bomb or something. Sheet on my bed didn’t fit. Extremely slow internet. Smells bad in the entire place. No treadmill in the gym.

Hotel parking lot was full of potholes

The bed was excellent. Several outlets did not work. Didn’t have hot water in the shower. The parking lot needs lots of repair.

Pothole-palooza, time to repave immediately (July 2023). Pool was not functioning, it appeared to be a catch-all garbage dump for the property. The floors of the ground floor of the building we were in had a brown stain on them, or they simply weren't washed. Room was functional for a night of sleep.

Check in was easy, price was good, however the parking lot was full of pot holes and is in desperate need of repair.

The room is very, very clean. No restaurant on site or coffee maker in room as website states. Parking lot needs to be regraded and repaved.

The advertisement for this property is very misleading. The pictures of the rooms were accurate, because the rooms were actually okay, but once you walk out of your room, it's like you're in a different building. It feels like the place was built a long time ago and has been neglected for decades. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting. It looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned or replaced. The 'free breakfast included' was a joke. And the 'bar on premise' was non- existent. Yes, the room was there, and it obviously was at one time a bar, but it is no longer operational. I don't normally write reviews, but the place was so depressing, I don't want people who are booking online to get their hopes up that it would be a great place to stay like I did.

Everything was fine but the potholes in the parking lot will swallow your car!

There is no elevator or pool. The staff was very helpful in moving me to the first floor because of my broken foot. The parking lot has big holes in it, however, they were trying to fix part of it. The hotel is old with damaged walls in the hallway. The bathroom sink drained very slowly ahd the electric in the bathroom didn't work.

Parking lot at entrance needs serious pothole repair

Room was clean. Hallway carpet was beyond filthy.

Room smelled like chemicals. The hallways felt dated. The ice machine was broken. No breakfast or coffee was provided. No coffee maker provided in the room.

There was hair everywhere used bar of soap with pubic hair, stuck to it in the shower. The floor was fil however

This hotel was horrible. I waited at the front desk for at least 30 minutes before someone came to check me in. The girl that checked me and looked like she was in her pajamas. The room smelt like bleach. Couldn’t sleep because of the smell. I will never stay at another Days Inn again.

Lobby smelled when I walked so I decided not to stay for the full 3 nights. Told the concierge before passing and he assured me I wouldn't be charged. Then I contacted Hotels.com to ensure I wouldn't be charged and they asked me I wouldn't be. But the next morning I saw my credit card had been fully charged. Concierge refused to assist and sod only Hotels.com could do it. My night rate, as shown in my receipt, indicated that my nightly charges would be 96.67 but I was charged over 160 for the one night. Everyone refused to give me a partial refund. The room was DISGUSTING! there was a black hand print on the shower wall, the sink was missing part of its cabinet, the door looked like it had been kicked in a few times, there were finger prints and black sticky smears in the light switch which didn't work inside the door, and the toilet flusher, a brown stain in the curtain which looked like dried blood, chewed up door casings, and a broken TV stand. I'm trying to add photos to prove what I encountered but the app won't let me.

Once we got past the condition of the hallways (filthy), the room itself was spacious, and clean. The toilet was kind of loose on the floor. The hotel doesn't present itself well: Filthy carpets in the hallways, broken windows facing the parking lot.

Would be much better if they used a better cleaning product. Hotel smells of cheap, toxic cleaning product.

Room was dirty and had bugs in it. The hallway had a weird smell too. The door lock didn’t work appropriately.

The room was clean

The hotel is run down. At check-in we were hardly greated and did not feel welcomed at all by the young man at the front desk. The room itself is ok, but the bathroom was bad. The shower was dirty and a used bar of soap was left behind the shower curtain. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. The walls are paper thin and we were kept up a good part of the night by running and screaming children. The A/C is very loud. There are a lot other hotels in the area, so pay that extra buck and choose one of them instead.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The A/C unit was loud even on low fan setting. The phone was dead no connection. The TV cut out but was repaired about 90 min later. The parking lot out front was like craters of the moon. Breakfast was a mediocre selection of carbs no eggs or hot choices. Thawed waffles to heat up in toaster. The entrance on the East lot was not locked The card reader inoperable. Staff was friendly and sympathetic and had the maintenance man fix the TV service for all rooms.

Cleanliness was satisfactory. Bed was good. Pillows were terrible. Walls and floors very very thin, very noisy night. Friendly staff. Overall good for the money.

Clean, spacious, in good condition, especially considering the price. Will stay there again!

The room had a modern look. Really nice. Bathroom had a lot of counter space, lots of hot water, and long enough tub! Internet was glitchy on tv and walls thin, but super great room at a great price for travellers.

Clean, well run, and affordable. Not fancy, but the bed was super comfortable and overall it’s great value for money.

Everything was so loud you can hear the person above you showering.

Nice condition, good value for the price, comfy bed, lots of outlets and USB ports

A good overall stay. From the outside the property shows its age but I was content with the interior and room itself. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom again showed its age but also that house keeping staff take pride in their work. The TV evidently offered a lot of streaming options vs traditional cable/satellite service but it struggled to connect to anything. A cool idea, just couldn’t get it to work. A nice breakfast was available including ready made waffles, bagels, muffins, and cold cereal. A fridge with breakfast sandwiches and such were available to microwave, along with yogurt, fruit cups and milk. And they had a comfortable dining area. Reasonable pet fee and a great value overall, close to gas stations, fast food, and sit down restaurants. I didn’t see a designated pet area, nor waste bags/cans available, and there was abundant evidence of people not cleaning up after their dogs/bears/rhinoceroses(?… huuuuge) in the rocky areas surrounding the parking lots. Probably not real noticeable to folks traveling without pets though.

This is a nice place with clean rooms, comfortable bed and outlets and lamps that work!! We definitely recommend it!!

The staff was great

On the plus side, the room was clean and the price was very reasonable for a quick overnight stay. However room was lacking amenities. No hair dryer available, no ice bucket in the room, very low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Very meager complimentary breakfast. We received a preregistration text to speed up registration when we got there. They asked our arrival time and I put down 3:15 which was one of the choices. When we arrived at 3:15, we were reminded by a very unfriendly desk clerk that check in was 4 pm. I asked why there was a preregistration choice of 3:15 if we had to wait in the lobby until 4;00. I must have annoyed the clerk because we were given a room as far from the entrance as possible in an area under renovation. Guess that was payback for complaining. Desk clerk obviously needs training in customer service. I must add thst the morning desk clerk was very nice. Lots of choices of motels in this town so I’d look elsewhere.

I have to say that I have had a few unpleasant hotel experiences the past month. This was a beautiful surprise. I had been driving for 12+ hours and didn't arrive until 10:30 pm. The gentleman at the front desk was great, got my room quickly, instructed me on where to park the vehicle I was driving and the best way to enter the building. He gave details for Wi-fi, breakfast and the exercise room and ice machine. Upon entering the room, everything was well lit, very clean, and everything worked (TV, AC, fridge). The bed was very comfy, breakfast was good and off with renewed rejuvenation. Thanks Days Inn!!!

arrived to check in and clerk put up sign that he was busy and to come back later. He had a plate of food in his hand and walked away from desk and did not help me. Ate supper and came back to check in. when I got my room it was two doubles and not king that I had selected. Hotel in poor repair and no breakfast.

Frendly and kind person at check-in and in the morning. Nice selection of breakfast items and very kind and friendly morning staff as well. Very clean and also very nice property to stay at in f rating between a 1 - 10 I would give them a 10 and then wish to add more if allowed. Will stay here again while traveling.

Other than that there was no one at the front desk when we arrived, our stay more than met our expectations.

I’ll start with the positive, the room was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and hallways were very clean. The parking lot is HORRIBLE. There are so many big pot holes it was hard to navigate. The staff was not very friendly. The lady that checked us in the first night was phenomenal. After her though, there was no friendly staff. All of the staff acted like it was an inconvenience to them if we came to the desk for anything. The front desk was never staffed except for the first night we came in. At one point there were four or five people waiting in line at the front desk for at least 30 min before someone came, and there’s no way of contacting them to let them know there are people waiting at the desk. They have cold drinks up front for purchase that people could easily take if they didn’t have any integrity. I got water and then waited around for 15 min for someone to show up. I ended up just leaving a note for the front desk with my room number on it because I was tired of waiting for someone to arrive. Lastly, the breakfast is sub par at best. No fresh food, everything was frozen. They had coffee cups but no lids and at one point they had lids and no cups. Very poorly stocked and they rarely came to restock or check on stock during breakfast hours. At one point during the stay, there was an hour left of breakfast and there had been a large group who had come in and there was literally nothing left for breakfast and it was never restocked.

Everything except the hallway carpet was very clean and new. Check-in was super fast and Angel was very quick to respond.

The climate was fine, front desk staff was pretty rude and dismissive, breakfast was terrible.

The area is old and not a lot of nicer restaurants, but the area is convenient

Surprisingly nice hotel in an area that's seen better days

Very quick stay- arrived after midnight and left before 8:00 a.m. Building itself is a bit odd but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Not much re: the breakfast offerings so we opted for Starbucks. Very large parking area, which was great for our truck. Easy access to the highway. A fine place for a quick stay.

Super helpful and great staff! Good location with plenty of food options, gas, and groceries within walking distance. Decent breakfast selection but no fresh made hot food options. Allows pets and my dog was very comfortable there!

Great value. When traveling alone I usually go for cheap! Save the frills for when I am in company and can justify the cost. This place was affordable but not disgusting. The worst part was the smell that others mentioned. It’s not a smell of the property itself, but an outside smell maybe coming from the nearby train? Or construction? Smells like fresh asphalt. There was a Walmart 3 minutes away. I got 20 bucks worth of groceries and used the microwave and fridge provided.

Restful evening and easy acces to main roads

The location was good. Restaurants were close by. It was quite and clean. We had no problems. Room had a nice view of a court yard.

Excellent location, easy interstate access, comfortable beds clean...older hotel but very nice.

Newly renovated rooms- very nice! Great breakfast offering - bacon egg biscuits! Need a new paved parking lot but that’s probably way too expensive to complete.

The room was comfortable and clean, but no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast, which had good reviews from others, was a bad joke.

Breakfast was very limited!

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was nearly nonexistent. We went at 7:30 AM and the juice was empty, as was the fruit bowl and fruit cups. There was no milk for the oatmeal and they were out of hot water. An employee did come to replenish the hot water, the bagels and yoghurt. But nothing else was replenished. There was no butter or syrup for the toaster waffles. Either have the breakfast or don't claim to have one when nearly all things ran out sometime before 7:30 for a breakfast supposidly lasting until 9:30 AM

Nice room and staff, but the hotel advertised a full breakfast; only offered frozen waffles and coffee. Would not stay here again.

"Breakfast" was absolutely horrendous. What a joke. Too bad, because the rest of the stay was great. I liked the hard floors in a pet-friendly hotel.

For the price, it sure gives a basic clean room for the night. TV you can't play Netflix on , common area out of Coffee both times it was needed. The deal was sold inclusive of Breakfast. But No bread No eggs.. just pre cooked waffle, Coffee and a pack of cereals to go with milk. I was disappointed!

This place needs repair and upkeep! The room was nice and cozy but the building was run down. The breakfast was just prepackaged, processed food🙄 The coffee ran out and there is not a coffee pot in the rooms so I guess you get what you pay for but I have stayed at other Days Inn that offered a Continental breakfast, coffee in the room didn't seem to be struggling to this extent
