This location was everything the owner said it was. It definately checked all the boxes. We really enjoyed being able to walk a couple of blocks to get our coffee each morning, and to be able to walk home at night after enjoying some local food and drinks. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for anything you might need. I wish we had a day or two more to enjoy the house and Charleston. If I ever need to stay in Charleston again, I'm checking to see if this is available.

The house was great for two couples, came loaded with just about everything we needed. Our group has food allergies so we cooked most meals at the VRBO and it was wonderfully set up to do so! Gas grill, great kitchen, large tables inside and outside. The location is great too, 30 minutes to several beaches and never fought traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. A quick drive or a half mile walk will get you to a great street with shopping and restaurants. Great stay.

The house is exactly as described, maybe even better. We loved it and it felt like home for the week. Check in was a breeze and Colin checked in with us to confirm no problems. Everything you could need was available. Location was great (we were heading to the coliseum daily for a dance competition) and the drive was easy. The park circle area offered plenty of dining choices and a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for helping us have an awesome week at Nationals!

We had a great visit to Charleston for a baseball tournament. This house has everything! Don’t bother to bring books, games, beach chairs, Colin ‘s house is well stocked! It’s a cozy little home with lots of space for the three of us to spread out or be together. We did not get much use of the backyard, but did use the grill which worked great! Location was fantastic. I will say there are some run down houses in the neighborhood but don’t let that fool you; it’s a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are nice! We walked to a gym each morning that was just ten minutes away. We were a ten minute drive from outlet mall, Walmart, etc. everything you need is within a ten minute walk or drive. The beach is only 35 minutes away so we packed up for the day and went. Folly Beach was really nice and not crowded. Thank you for sharing your home with us Colin!

We had a very restful stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom home. I say restful because all we did was sleep there as we were moving our daughter into the College of Charleston. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were pristine! This little home looks to be recently renovated and is just beautiful. I love the decor and it is obviously owned by someone with very good taste. :) If you are needing to stay in North Charleston, I wouldn't hesitate to book this very nice home.

This was our family’s first time to stay at a home instead of a hotel for vacation and we loved it! This was also our first time to SC and we can’t wait to go back to visit again. The home was lovely. It was just the right size for our family of 3. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and a great place to call home for the 5 days we were there. Thank you to our lovely hosts for your recommendations, prompt replies, and wonderful southern hospitality. I highly recommend this home.

The listing is just as described. If work or leisure brings you to Charleston this is a wonderful place to stay. It’s very close to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center (where we went to a concert). It walkable to fun bars and restaurants and coffee shops in Park Circle. And it’s a really nice home base to explore the Charleston area. It’s a quick and easy drive into Charleston, and nice to have a relaxing place (with no parking hassles!) to come home to. The host is communicative and helpful. If we are ever in the area we would definitely book this home again.

We absolutely loved staying at Colin’s house. It’s very cozy and welcoming. It is in a nice neighborhood very close to park circle. It was our first time in Charleston and we spent a great deal of time going to all the sites. It was nice to come back and enjoy the evening afterwards. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Colin was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is such a great property! The check in using my phone number made things so easy and uncomplicated from the start. The place was so clean, with great neutral and calming decor. Coffee and grinder was a treat and delicious. Had everything you could possibly need and like it says , walkable to everything Park Circle. Highly recommended and would stay again.
