We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay in the white mountains. Communication was easy, very clean, kitchen has lots of pots, pans, baking dishes etc.. house is dog friendly and lots of places to go for a walk. We are a family of 5 adults and we all fit comfortably.

We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property.

We had a wonderful stay. Even though it rained for 3 days we found plenty to do. The cabin had games and the porch is covered so we sat outside reading. There was plenty of room for 2 of us and our dog. The beds are comfortable, check in was very easy, and cabin was very clean when we arrived. We used the grill. It was clean and had no issues. Was a perfect stay to get out of the hustle of the city life. The neighborhood was quiet and has a nice walking trail at the end of the road.
