Sean was very available and helpful to us. The home is very clean and super for the money. It's a 110 year old home so take that into consideration. I LOVED the creaky floors, brought me back to my childhood. There is only one window A/C in the living room, another unit sitting in the back stairway. It would have been really nice in this 105 heat if that one had been installed. All in all it was a great stay, I would just suggest when it's going to be that unbearably warm outside that possibly the A/C be turned on for the guest ahead of time, it took most of the evening for the cool air to hit the bedroom.

We loved it. It was a little awkward to get to the backyard and I had a hard time with the entry pad but otherwise it was a great stay and worked out perfectly for us.
