I really enjoyed this property. It was so close to Tech, the neighborhood was so nice and quiet and well kept. The home itself was the perfect size for me and my daughter. Clean, well stocked, comfortable. All around an excellent experience! I will be booking this property again.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this little house and if we're ever in Lubock again, I hope it will be available. The neighborhood is very nice, the house is comfortable, and we enjoy the ping pong table in the back yard.

Cute and the right amount of quirky! We enjoyed playing ping pong and walking to the nearby park. Close to everything. Beds were super soft with wonderful comfy pillows.

We loved our stay! This home is so cute. It had everything we needed. So cozy! Loved the Buddy Holly decor. The backyard is great with the ping pong table and sitting area. All the little extra amenities were an added bonus to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable… from bottled water, coffee and creamer, breakfast items, to toiletries like lotion and makeup remover. We hope to be back again and again!

We loved the cottage feel of the home. It was clean, located in a nice neighborhood close to everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the fact that it was Christmas ready with a tree that was decorated. I would rent this location again.

Great location, clean and comfortable.Refrigerator was a bit small and the freezer wouldn’t even hold a bag of ice. We are a little private so we put a towel over the back door window for privacy. Good selection of pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes and silverware. We enjoyed the quiet!!!!! Christmas tree was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had so much character and was in our favorite part of Lubbock; Tech Terrace. Just blocks away from campus and blocks away from beautiful parks. The house was so cozy and clean and the hosts were quick-to-respond and friendly! When we come back to Lubbock next, we’re hoping to stay here again!

Just the right size for parents (and siblings) visiting son in college. The home is nearly right across the street from campus - could walk if you wanted to - and right around the corner from a fabulous coffee shop (J&B coffee). This was the perfect place to stay to surprise my daughter for her birthday. It’s close to campus so it was easy to go back and forth. It was so comfortable and cute. The bottles of water for us in the fridge was a big plus because I completely forgot drinks. So when we had dinner & cake it really came in handy. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location. We were there for Tech orientation and it allowed those waking up later to meet our group on campus. Ping pong in the backyard was a big hit. Nice quiet neighborhood with off street parking.
