Across recent stays at Cozy Home in Ozark MO, guests consistently highlight a clean, spacious house with comfortable common areas, responsive hosting, and family-friendly touches like a screened porch and fire pit that make gatherings easy and relaxing.
The quiet residential location is convenient to Springfield, Ozark amenities, and nearby stores and restaurants. Minor issues noted include occasional temperature or heating glitches, scratchy or problematic linens, limited toiletries, a locked fridge water and ice dispenser, and a kitchen that some felt lacked a few basic essentials for cooking. Overall, expect a comfortable, well-kept home suited to families and groups.

My family, 6 adults and 1 child had a great experience at this property. It was clean and we felt very safe. We were about 10 minutes away from activities we wanted to do in Springfield. We enjoyed the sunroom and the weather was beautiful! We like to cook when we stay places and we wish the kitchen would have been more accommodating with basic essentials. I would definitely book again if we planned a trip in this area again.

Four generations stayed here this time, and this is our family's 3rd stay since Feb, 2024. My granddaughter's favorite thing to do is to use the fire pit to make s'mores!

Super cute house! Plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the porch and made s'mores in the firepit. There were some minor malfunctions, but the host was always prompt in responding. The water and ice dispenser on the fridge didn’t work (it was locked), but the host left a bag of ice and bottled water. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The neighborhood was quiet. We visited James River Church for Sisterhood on Friday and for Sunday service - less than 5 minutes away!

Our family was gathering for a celebration of life on the 89th birthday of recwntly passed Nanna. Property was clean, water pressure awesome. We didnt do much cooking but that would definitely have been possible given all the equipment. Thank you for providing a clean safe place. One less thing to worry about during stressful and sad times.

The property was beautiful and perfect for what we were wanting for our family that was visiting for our son’s wedding. The backyard had a small fire pit and a screened in back porch made it perfect for being able to sit outside and catch up. I would definitely have my family stay here again.

We have 3 girls ages 10 and under and didn't want to squeeze into a hotel room. This property was the perfect solution. Plenty of room for the girls to run around - they LOVED the sun room! We will certainly look for this property again if we end up in the area in the future. Thanks!

Absolutely loved this place. Every room was clean and open, which gave our big family plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was spotless and had several extra little touches, which were nice. Would 100% stay again.

Quiet neighborhood near Branson although we found plenty to do in the Ozark area. The house was clean, open floor plan, plenty of sleeping options and everything we needed to be comfy for an over night stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
