What guests think
Across the reviews, Hotel Casa Real Cholula stands out for its convenient location near UDLAP and attractions, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff, but recurring noise from the street and courtyard is a downside, especially at night and early mornings.
Cleanliness is often praised, though some guests report lapses and maintenance issues like dust, insects in toiletries, and inconsistent hot water. Several reviews note the lack of air conditioning and occasional poor Wi‑Fi, with some rooms facing the interior restaurant. Food at the on-site restaurant and breakfast is frequently described as good, and parking is secure though spaces can be tight. Expect a convenient, good-value stay if you can tolerate noise and warm rooms in hot weather.
