I had multiple issues with the property, from multiple loose outlets and other electrical issues, to the key cards having to be reset every single day throughout our stay. There is no elevator at this hotel, which is an ADA violation for anyone with a wheelchair who might think about staying there. I will admit, the inside of the rooms looked better than the outside, but overall, i was not impressed with my stay here.

Was easy to get to off I-95. Property could use work. While the main lobby and pool area grounds are nice. The parking lot is run down with tons of pot holes. Lots of standing water to walk through and it seems people living full time on the back side of the hotel with a huge motor home taking up at least 6 parking spots. They ended up putting us in the room next to the motorhome (so no where to park) had to park on the other side of the hotel and walk back to the back where our room was which was loud and noisy through the night. People coming and going from that room where the motorhome was parked to and from the motor home. Starting the motor home's diesel engine in the middle of the night etc. Our hotel room looked to be partially renovated but very poorly. Caulk smeared around in the bathroom to cover ill fitting loose fixtures. Tub spout falling off, Poor looking tile job, bathroom sink faucet splashed water all over when turned on. On the plus was good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable, Fridge in room did not work and had moldy smell inside. AC had a bad smell as well so turned it off mid night. Couch was pretty dirty as well. This place needs the rooms fully gutted and properly renovated to code with new furniture, fixtures etc. Policy put in place to not allow motor homes parked right next to the hotel rooms making noise idling at night etc. Make the back side of the hotel feel safer with more lighting

Cigerette buts were laying around the area of the steps and when we went swimming the pool was dirty, I assumed the pump wasn't working properly. We did see a person with a net in the morning coming to clean the pool. The pool needed a good vacuuming and a good pump to keep it clean.

The property is very tidy, the pool is clean and centrally located. It's an old style 2 level motel but had been upgraded nicely. The rooms are true to pics and very spacious. Drawback, quite the walk to some of the rooms, via exterior walkways.

My daughter took her shoes off for a few minutes, and her feet got filthy during that time. The toilets was messed up in 2 out of 3 of our booked rooms. There was no breakfast available during our stay. When we informed the front desk, they was bringing little bits of food at a time, but there was a whole line of people waiting. Lastly, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, and they deactivated all of our keys after 1 night. We had to go back to the front desk to have them reactivated. An all-around bad experience. I would not recommened this place unless you really need a quick place to stay and don't expect much.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by how run-down the outside looked. Unfortunately, things didn't get any better once I entered the room. The floors were filthy — I took off my shoes and walked to the bathroom, and by the time I got there, the bottom of my feet were completely black. To make matters worse, there was blood on the shower curtain. This place is in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for my next stay.

When I got there they gave me an unclean room. The bed wasn’t made, trash can were full, tissue holder was broke and had hair all over it. When I got a new room this room literally had 8 roaches. I saw one right when I was falling asleep crawling by my head then I got up killed it and search throughout the room. Killed a baby one and then saw two dead behind my bed. I didn’t get any good rest the one night I was here because I was terrified if a roach would crawl on me. When I was getting ready to leave I literally saw two more roaches. This was the worst hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had. Never doing a Ramada again!

I booked this room for a mini get away for me and my fiancé. We only stayed one night in room #115 so the issues I had weren’t even worth contacting the front desk about. However, based on my experience I won’t be booking here again. The bathroom was outdated, the tile was chipped all over the bathtub, and the tub was permanently stained. The tub was also clogged when I showered forcing me to have dirty shower water up to my lower calf throughout my shower. Both mattresses were squeaky yet comfortable. The comfort measure was pointless though since both my fiancé & I woke up every time the other repositioned. The breakfast was…ummm just look at the pictures…they do have waffle makers and offered other items like cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc so that was cool. Also, I thought it was ridiculous that they had a note threatening a fee of $200 if we logged into any streaming services on their tv or plugged in a game system since it “affects the programming” Buuutt the room was a little less than $100 bucks for the night..so I guess you get what u pay for!

Older motel with doors to the outside and you pull the cars right up to the room doors. Noisy, car alarms going off, people dragging suitcases past your door all night. People in the parking lot gathering and talking late into the night. Cheap price reflects the room conditions. Lots of maintenance issues. Toilet was loose and rocked, leaked onto the bathroom floor each flush, tub was gross needed to be replaced. Bathroom vent hanging down out of the ceiling. I could go on and on. Rooms had apparently been updated some time ago but they basically just put lipstick on a pig.

We never stayed. The night clerk seemed very unorganized and there were people and phone calls from guests complaining as we tried to check in. We had reservations and he said he'd find us a room, but we didn't have one. He gave us room 239 and when we approached the room, there was a man laying in the bed! There were also many room doors open with people hanging in and out of them. It was a dangerous situation. I went back to the desk and told the clerk. He didn't seem to care. He seemed upset at me for bringing it up. He just said he'd refund the stay and we could find another place to stay. He also wouldn't print anything out for me. This was a nightmare. Now 2 days later, no one is answering the phone for me to talk to the manager and see if my refund is going through. I have the Hotels.com team working on it. Don't stay here!!!!

The customer service was terrible. The hair dryer was not working in my room. I called to the front desk to get it fixed. They said they would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I had to call again. They came up and did not fix it. They gave me a key to a room down the hall to use the hair dryer. The next morning I went to use it again and the key was not working. I called the front desk again they had rented that room and said someone should have notified me but did not.

The night front desk staff were unprofessional and rude. People were smoking cigarettes at the front door or in the hallway walking to your room. Garbage was everywhere. The AC in the room was not cooling. The room blinds or curtains were damaged and wouldn't close well to allow privacy for us. The room was not clean and not enough towelsor toilet papers. The toilet smelled bad. No shampoos was provided. The breakfast was gone completely around 8AM.

Had to call the police to get our rooms switched. We checked in at 12am, brought a pizza in to eat. We sit down to eat on the bed, the tv doesn’t work, the AC isn’t plugged in so it’s super muggy inside.. We eat the pizza, go to take a shower and see there’s a dirty used rag hanging on the shower pole. That’s when I decided to call and complain. The person at the desk took it personal and refused to give us CLEAN RAGS just to bathe and call it a night. Then I asked for a refund because at this point, I asked for a simple solution and I’m the one to blame. The desk person took our room keys, seeming like he was going to change out rooms, then led us straight back to our original room and said “You used the room!” (it’s 1am at this point, only an hour had passed, which was us eating, figuring out the TV, and trying to shower.) Eventually, I called the police who FINALLY made the desk person give us clean rags that they clearly had access to the whole time. So we could’ve avoided all of this, but no. I’m still waiting for my refund. Never switched rooms, just accepted the dirty room and hours later barely getting any sleep. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! FIRE THE OLD MAN UP FRONT!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

The advertisement was nothing like the property. It was next to a truckstop. The rooms were filthy. There were bugs in the windowsills. The property had drug paraphernalia. The curtains wouldn’t close so people could look inside and I had to get clips from the desk to clip the curtains closed. I would have switched properties had our flight not been delayed twice, causing us to get in after midnight.

I felt a little skeptical when we arrived since there were people smoking outside the rooms. But once we entered our room it was all good. The room was clean, there was no bad odours from outside. The bed was comfortable. The fridge wasn't working, but the tv and the internet were very good. There was also a coffee machine but we didn't use it. We absolutely loved the breakfast! The variety, the freshness and the coffee was very nice!! They even offered portions of scrambled eggs, ham, pork gravy and the best of all: waffles that you make yourself so they are hot and really good!!! I definitely recommend this hotel and I am very thankful with the staff, they are kind and attentive.

The floors in the room had not been mopped in quite some time. Our feet got black walking in our room. The breakast has gone downhill. Have a tub of pancake batter and a ladel. Have home use waffle irons. They don't heat the food prior to putting it into the warmers. We have stayed at this property multiple times it just seems to be going downhill.

This Ramada Hotel is a very run down property. 1. The door was hard to open, jammef, locks were loose, carpeting was very old, washing sink handles loosen, etc. 2. Parking lot by our unit was dirty 3. Morning breakfast was inaddequate - the egg patties were poiled. Informed the servers, they did throw away them (Good health undertaking)

Don’t do it! I sent pictures to Wyndham, this place should NOT be associated with Ramada or Wyndham!! The ONLY nice thing was the gentleman who checked us in. NO hot water, we let it runnnn.. barely warm!! Can see daylight through door, lamp shade broke, lightbulb missing, fire alarm hanging from wall. Breakfast… gross.. I overheard another guest saying rat poison tastes better. The waffle mix was clumpy, you needed to take a cup and scoop up mix from inside the container, then forget actually making a waffle.. was like plastic n stuck to machine, eggs looked like small flat premade (cold) eggs. Milk watered down, apple jelly & grape jelly were choices for putting on toast. 3 pieces of shriveled up thin pieces of ham. Sketchy people hanging out in parking lot.
